There is little or no risk when the claims experience is very predictable and premiums can be increased to make up for any shortfall.

Yes, the stock market is up 74% since Obama took office and those retirement funds that disappeared into thin air under Bush have rebounded under Obama but the U.S. auto industry that was near collapse under Bush is reporting increased sales; the trend that began with the 159,000 jobs that were lost in September, 2008 under Bush is a thing of the past and those underwater houses of the Bush era are now regaining equity. YES, WE ARE ALL BETTER OFF.
Read it and weep:
Wall Street Journal, May 2013: "Home prices in metropolitan areas saw their biggest year-over-year gains in more than seven years in the first quarter, evidence that the housing recovery is spreading across the nation."
The increase in housing prices is pure speculation by cash investors scooping up undervalued properties.

The liberal loons here are flushing the economy and our values down the toilet and the crazies are killing everyone overseas.
And our leader cowers while Communist Russia takes our place as a world power - and thinks he's the hero.
Crazy times, huh?
lol! Oh, don't be bashful son!

You nuts were rooting FOR Russia and Assad!

There you go again, comparing apples and oranges. The Affordable Care Act is not an amendment to the constitution.
You are just being ridiculous. However, yes, Congress can repeal the Affordable Care Act but that is not what they are doing. They are attempting to circumvent a law that was passed by Congress, signed by the President and survived a Supreme Court challenge. That is not within their power. Period.
actually, it is within the power of Congress to decline to fund any program they choose...

No, it is the Pee Party that is trying to get Obama to do their bidding and he isn't playing their game. It's such a pity that the reslugs in Congress have put their political agenda before the welfare of the people. LOSERS.
Obama thinks leading this country IS a game - a power game - and he's determined to be the winner.

Boy, is he mixed up! The only winner is supposed to be the country and the people he serves.

Seems funny that people can't find jobs and the number on welfare is at its highest in decades and businesses including the Cleveland Clinic are now cutting back and firing people because of Obamacare and you think everything's okay and it's not your fault.
Except that it's not funny.
Funny. Cons were claiming the bushie boy tax cuts would stimulate the economy. Otherwise, it was Obama's fault.

And you got them.

Then nada.

So now you claim Obamacare is NOT stimulating the economy.

No, no, no son!

News Flash: Your personal opinions are "proof" of nothing.
It is a fact that HMO primary care physicians are compensated for the degree to which they handle patients themselves without referral to specialists.

Only the patients are the losers by being denied competent treatment.

LOL. You don't know Galt very well. He doesn't believe he needs anything but the scantiest health insurance policy as he doesn't plan on being sick.
Galt rarely has the need for medical treatment and has never been admitted to a hospital.

Nevertheless, Galt understands the need for catastrophic insurance to pay for extraordinary medical bills.

However, paying huge premiums each year for prepaid medical care is a bad investment.

Funny that the economy was doing just fine until the democrats ignored the bad mortgage loan warnings.

Do you know what the unemployment rate was during most of the Bush years (excluding two years following 9/11 before it picked back up again) and before the Democrats caused the housing market crash?

Even Obama's precious unions are trying to undo Obamacare...

The Cleveland Clinic is the latest casualty of Obamacare...

Obama thinks he's the hero because Communist Russia has taken our place on the world stage...

And your loyalty is to your party's power hunger in spite of the mess it's made.

Aren't you proud?

Really? so Dems forced property owners to pull every once of equity out praying land values would continue to rise? How did they manage that? Mental telepathy?

You take free medical care from the Government. Moocher Eed. I have news, Medicare is not Social Security.
I glad you admit to be a liar. Too bad you just can't quit lying.
But Eed, I see you're still sofa king stupid that you think the President takes office the day after the election.
How did you get this stupid, Eed. Were you just born an idiot or did you work 50+ years becoming one.
Do you have any sense of right and wrong? Or making judgment calls based on knowing the difference?

No, they forced banks to give bad loans - and demonized republicans for daring to suggest reining in Fannie and Freddie.
