When is Dave Camp going to vote to give up the benefits that he receives for being a Representative? Obamacare isn't perfect. Single payer would be better. Congress and the president should have the same health care as all United States citizens. Small business will benefit from Obamacare.
Congress and our staffers are supposed to be covered by the ACA. But that would increase our premiums tremendously, and we only earn $175K. So our good friend Barack exempted us by Executive Order.

Were you asleep during Bush's eight years, Rip Van Winkle?
The media didn't let up on Bush for one minute every single minute of those eight years. If they couldn't find fault, they made it up. One of their top anchors was fired for doing so.
What do we hear now from the media in spite of numerous accusations of justified suspicions of abuses of power? Crickets.
The media is in this administration's back pocket. The liberal media was Obama's campaign headquarters. They all but bowed down to him. They haven't questioned or investigated one single suspicion of wrongdoing in spite of all the evidence to the contrary and the majority believing there was, indeed, a coverup.
You have got to be kidding me if you think Bush controlled the media compared to this president.
This administration uses the media to promote their agenda and to shine a good light on them and to keep people like you in line, in the dark and under control. The same thing all dictators do, past and present.
You simply choose to join the ranks of the willing on the wrong side of history. That's all this is.
Wow....

The media must have been asleep....

You Sir are a GREAT American!!
Have you ever considered throwing your hat in the ring for POTUS in 2016? May I suggest you join forces with our fine New York Mayoral candidate that posts here, Anthony Weiner? I honestly dont see how a "Harry Weiner 2016" ticket could be stopped (although the sight of Hillary would instantly cause it to sag & droop)....
Might even change my name from Harry to Hairy.

Hairy Weiner 2016 might give Hillary the shaft.

The insurance industry has nothing to do with the quality of healthcare. They just process the paperwork for the people who pay the premiums, largely the employers.
Anybody with a brain knows that the ACA will increase the total spending on medical care. The only question is who will pay the bills. Our plan is designed to shift the bills to Republicans, but any non-union Democrats who work for a living may be collateral damage.
Have you spoken to the "light-skinned Negro" about this? He said his only purpose for living is the unions. Or something like that. He might have to give them waivers too. They're your party's money machine. Can't risk losing them in this little game of power and control you and he are playing, you know.

For once you are right. Yes, they were. Otherwise, there's no way this president could have won in 2008, much less in 2012. They still are asleep and drooling in their Obama-induced reverie.

11 States now have More People on Welfare than they do Employed!Last month, the Senate Budget Committee reports that in fiscal year 2012, between food stamps, housing support, child care, Medicaid and other benefits, the average U.S. Household below the poverty line received $168.00 a day in government support. What's the problem with that much support? Well, the median household income in America is just over $50,000, which averages out to $137.13 a day. To put it another way, being on welfare now pays the equivalent of $30.00 an hour for a 40-hour week, while the average job pays $20.00 an hour. Furthermore:There are actually two messages here. The first is veryInteresting, but the second is absolutely astounding - and explains a lot. A recent "Investor's Business Daily" article provided veryinteresting statistics from a survey by the United Nations InternationalHealth Organization. Percentage of men and women who survived a cancer five yearsafter diagnosis: U.S. 65% England 46% Canada 42% Percentage of patients diagnosed with diabetes who receivedtreatment within six months: U.S. 93% England 15% Canada 43% Percentage of seniors needing hip replacement who received itwithin six months: U.S. 90% England 15% Canada 43% Percentage referred to a medical specialist who see one withinone month: U.S. 77% England 40% Canada 43% Number of MRI scanners (a prime diagnostic tool) per millionpeople: U.S. 71 England 14 Canada 18 Percentage of seniors (65+), with low income, who say they arein "excellent health": U.S. 12% England 2% Canada 6% And now for the last statistic: National Health Insurance? U.S. NO England YES Canada YES Check this last set of statistics!! The percentage of each past president's cabinet who had workedin the private business sector prior to their appointment to the cabinet. You know what the private business sector is; a real-life business, not agovernment job. Here are the percentages. T. Roosevelt.......... 38% Taft.......... 40% Wilson .......... 52% Harding.......... 49% Coolidge.......... 48% Hoover .......... 42% F. Roosevelt.......... 50% Truman.......... 50% Eisenhower.......... 57% Kennedy.......... 30% Johnson.......... 47% Nixon.......... 53% Ford.......... 42% Carter.......... 32% Reagan.......... 56% GH Bush.......... 51% Clinton .......... 39% GW Bush.......... 55% Obama.......... 8% This helps to explain the incompetence of this administration:only 8% of them have ever worked in private business! That's right! Only eight percent---the least, by far, of thelast 19 presidents! And these people are trying to tell our bigcorporations how to run their business? How can the president of a major nation and society, the onewith the most successful economic system in world history, stand and talkabout business when he's never worked for one? Or about jobs when he hasnever really had one? And when it's the same for 92% of his senior staffand closest advisers? They've spent most of their time in academia, government and/or non-profit jobs or as "community organizers." They should have been in an employment line. Pass this on because we'll NEVER see these facts in the main stream media. Giving someone a handout in order to make them dependent is just WRONG!

What “controlling the media” really means

The same media whining over criticisms of Fox was happy to be bullied and controlled by the Bush administration.
