We've been throwing millions upon millions of dollars at the public school system and the war on poverty for five decades.<quoted text>Because Republicans don't care. Does turning their back on the problems of the poor really the Republican solution?
All we see in return is progressive liberalism taking us down in keeping up and competing with other countries' test scores because of a piss poor education system and poverty at its highest level since the great depression.
Money doesn't educate. Good teachers and a disciplined classroom educates.
Money doesn't help people who don't want to be helped.
Time to look past your limited horizons.
