<quoted text>Did you know that at one time one out of five people in prison was a Vietnam veteran. Imagine what all those longest war in history/most frequent deployment Iraqi and Afghanistan vets will push the stats up to when they come home to Grumpy Old Pricks denying them the benefits they were promised. Also, "too it, cupcake"??? God, don't tell me you've had your hand up Fartoo's sock puppet all along. I just threw up a little into my mouth.

'speaking of stats, I'm sure the dead , racist thug Tragone fits in somewhere:
After researching the FBI numbers for "Suicide of a Superpower," this writer concluded: "An analysis of 'single offender victimization figures' from the FBI for 2007 finds blacks committed 433,934 crimes against whites, eight times the 55,685 whites committed against blacks. Interracial rape is almost exclusively black on white — with 14,000 assaults on white women by African Americans in 2007. Not one case of a white sexual assault on a black female was found in the FBI study."
Though blacks are outnumbered 5-to-1 in the population by whites, they commit eight times as many crimes against whites as the reverse. By those 2007 numbers, a black male was 40 times as likely to assault a white person as the reverse.
Better watch your pasty white butt, some darkie is targetting you.
Pat Buchanan's book, really? You can't do any better than that? How about actually going to the source...the FBI for your statistics instead of relying on a book written by a right wing racist who "bemoans the browning of America". Geez.

No reason from government employees to have any special protection.
Galt once worked for the government and hated it because there was no real work and nothing to accomplish, just show up (most days) and collect a paycheck.
You had a job? Surprising. However, if you did as you say, I'm sure you were fired for not performing your duties. Just because there is a contract doesn't mean there are not valid reasons for termination...guess you found that out.

How about a link to your aged data?
Sounds like Vietnam veterans were 36-39% of the veterans in prison, not 36-39% of the total prison population. Not surprising considering the huge number of draftees forced into slavery in LBJ's war.
LOL. Make up your mind. You are the one who said links aren't important....only opinions. Remember? Something about..."look it up yourself."

It's basically an exercise in fun with numbers as the pre Vietnam legal system was much kinder and gentler and drugs weren't yet perceived as a problem. A lot of the stuff folks used to do for fun back in the "good old days" is a felony "now a days."
About 2.6 million Americans actually served in Vietnam, there were many many more that served during the so called Vietnam era.
Not to mention that "Vietnam era" covers a period of about 15 years, so a huge number of veterans.

Tough to get beyond Hayes' overt femininity (even if he is straight) to get the message.
Yeah, he is so gay, the OTHER phags are scared.....

I watched his supposed "beat-down" of O'reiley; not a single punch landed. One of his big points was that "black people go to prison for something as simple as marijuana possession at a rate four times higher than whites". Never mind including any stats on what other charges are included as mitigating factors in the sentencing (and the source was the "aclu", LMAO).

He then quotes a SINGLE nut researcher that studied crack babies and determined "poverty is a bigger influence than crack cocaine". You cant even attempt to reason with someone quoting something as bizarre and ludicrous as that.

I doubt that phag could tear open one of his boyfriends used condoms open to swill the spooge...

Warren Court(1953 - 1969, Pseudo Liberal Majority)
The Warren Court refers to the Supreme Court of the United States between 1953 and 1969, when Earl Warren served as Chief Justice. Warren led a liberal majority that used judicial power in dramatic fashion, to the consternation of conservative opponents. The Warren Court expanded civil rights, civil liberties, judicial power, and the federal power in dramatic ways.

You missed the point which is...according to the Supreme Court.... Congress can't arbitrarily refuse to pay Social Security.

No, I realize that this 2004 study done by the Bureau of Justice seemed significantly biased in that their point was to show that the Irag/Afghanistan vets were not really suffering so badly from PTSD as had their Vietnam compatriots who wracked up a one-in-five people(men?) in prison circa 1986. 2004? Just what is wrong with that year to analyze/compare the numbers of soldier convicts from different wars? Wonder what the stats on Civil War vets in the prison system would have been ten+ years out if such statistics had been kept.

Retard, how many times do you actually have to READ the actual report by the DOJ CLEARLY stating that negroes commit violent crime at a rate seven times higher per capita than the next two ethnicities combined (anglos & hispanics)?

It really doesnt matter, does it? You'll just keep trying to deny it somehow (and we happily watch, as the thug body count rises higher and higher)......

Phony Scandals? Sarah Palin Brings Her “Redneck Whiteboard” To Fox News
It’s just fascinating to watch conservatives dumbing down their messages to their mentally challenged constituents. It started with Fox News deploying bright colors, hypnotic motion graphics, and game show sound effects. Then Glenn Beck devolved by eschewing modern electronics in favor of an old school blackboard. Then Karl Rove dug deeper by making use of a hand-held whiteboard. Now Palin sucker punches Rove with her redneck version, something even the most remedial Teabagger can understand. Obviously these people know their audience and, therefore, continually craft their communications to match their intellectual level (which is at about the 4th grade, according to the super-secret, exalted, conservative message masters).
I just wonder what’s next. Hand signals and a series of grunts?
http://www.newscorpse.com/ncWP/...
Then you really ought to understand the message, shouldn't you?

Hayes is overtly effeminate, put perhaps not homosexual.

The percentage of blacks in the prison population for violent crimes is essentially the same as the overall black prison population.

Drugs swell the prison population for both blacks and whites, but do not discriminate against blacks.
