It was raining. Shouldn't he have hurried home instead of hanging around and drawing attention to himself with seemingly no sense of purpose being in a strange neighborhood?
Martin didn't have time to say anything. He apparently reached for his phone to dial 911 again after being confronted and was punched to the ground and beaten.
All Zimmerman had to say was "neighborhood watch". All would have ended. He had the time.

As the Neighborhood Captain he had to have known this.

Remove your head from inside the Magic Negro's butt.
Zimmerman was seen on 2/27/12 at the Altamonte Family Practice by Lin Folgate PA-C who testified at the trial as to George's injuries. Altamonte Family Practice altamontefamilypractice.com is owned by Andrew Krupitsky D.O.

George has stated that the only reason he sought treatment was to obtain a note to excuse him from work. George also refused a visit to the ER the evening of the shooting explaining to paramedics that he didn't need the extra expense.

He was not seen by a doctor, ABC was wrong__imagine that.

Labor unions started to complain about the law in May, fearing it would increase insurance costs for millions of union workers, despite Obama promising the opposite.
Their primary concern is that the roughly 20 million workers covered under the so-called Taft-Hartley Act will see their premiums increase because they will not get subsidies like those being given to workers seeking coverage in the upcoming, state-based marketplaces for insurance, known as exchanges.
They were joined last week by the powerful Teamsters union, which joined in sending a letter to House Minority Leader Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, both Democrats.
“We have been strong supporters of the notion that all Americans should have access to quality, affordable health care,” the letter reads in part.“We have also been strong supporters of you.… Now this vision has come back to haunt us.”

WASHINGTON - Sen. Marco Rubio is holding up the confirmations of two African-American judicial candidates, drawing fire from the Congressional Black Caucus, which plans a Wednesday press conference and blames the lawmaker's "negligence and obstruction."

The candidates are Brian Davis, for the U.S. District Court for the Middle District, whom Rubio glowingly introduced at his confirmation hearing, and William L. Thomas, for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District, who is openly gay.

Both made it through Florida's Federal Judicial Nominating Commission, a well-respected panel that make recommendations to the state's senators. Both were nominated by President Barack Obama.

CNN’s Ryan Smith on Monday highlighted an upcoming trial in Florida that is eerily similar to the Trayvon Martin case. In both cases, an unarmed 17-year-old black male was left dead.
“I’m not an eye for an eye type person where I think he should be killed,” Ron Davis, the father of Jordan Davis, told CNN.“I don’t believe in capitol punishment. I believe every life is precious. You took my son’s life. That doesn’t mean anybody else should take his life. I think he should spend the rest of his life in prison because of the fact that you have to think about what you’ve done not only to Jordan but to his family, his friends, people that cry for him every day.”
Michael David Dunn, 45, told police he shot and killed Davis at a gas station last year because he feared for his life. Dunn had told Davis and his friends to turn down their loud music. He claimed the situation escalated and the teens began threatening him. Dunn started shooting because he thought they had a shotgun.
Dunn, who faces a first-degree murder charge and three attempted murder charges, plans to invoke Florida’s controversial “Stand your ground” law in his defense. The law allows gun owners to use deadly force without the “duty to retreat” first if they feel their life is endangered
http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2013/07/15/another...
(This will be interesting; if this killer gets off, then it is clearly open season on all blacks)
What would cause this person to believe these "children" had a shotgun? Why would anyone believe a group of black kids riding around in a car with music blaring would be armed?
Maybe because that's the norm?
Maybe because it's so common for a young black "child" to be shot by some other black "child", it's a common assumption they would be armed?
Maybe it's blatantly obvious there is no intent to enforce existing laws preventing the illegal carrying of firearms by black "children"?

(1) It shall be a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083, for any person to willfully harass, threaten, or intimidate an identifiable member of a neighborhood crime watch program while such member is engaged in, or traveling to or from, an organized neighborhood crime watch program activity or a member who is participating in an ongoing criminal investigation, as designated by a law enforcement officer.
(2) As used in this section, the term:

(b) "Organized neighborhood crime watch program activity" means any prearranged event, meeting, or other scheduled activity, or neighborhood patrol, conducted by or at the direction of a neighborhood crime watch program or the program's authorized designee.
History.--s. 2, ch. 2004-18.

Key word: "Identifiable"

Change of venue to Miami might also be a good start.
I suppose "stand your ground" would be difficult to invoke when you're lying on your back with a gangbanger bashing your skull against a concrete sidewalk. For one thing, you woulnd't be standing.

You better get used to physician assistants being called "family physicians" under Obamacare. They've already taken on the role of medical doctors in every clinic across the country. Walgreen's employees will soon be diagnosing and treating chronic illnesses under Obamcare so the pharmacist might be your family physician.
Good luck with that. You wanted it. You got it.
And I lied about nothing. Physician assistants routinely dictate medical reports and they are considered legal documents.

RINO civil war -

Next year's senate primary in Wyoming just got a whole lot more interesting. The Associated Press reports that Liz Cheney, the elder of Dick Cheney's two daughters, has officially announced her plans to challenge Wyoming's senior senator in the Republican primary.

The move isn't a complete surprise—rumors of it had been swirling inside the Cowboy State and around the Beltway for weeks—but it's still rather major news because 69-year-old Sen. Mike Enzi has made it clear that he has no desire to step aside, even for the daughter of his former fly-fishing buddy. Here's how the New York Times' Jonathan Martin summed things up last week in advance of today's announcement:

Ms. Cheney’s move threatens to start a civil war within the state’s Republican establishment, despite the reverence many hold for her family. Mr. Enzi, 69, says he is not ready to retire, and many Republicans say he has done nothing to deserve being turned out.... The developments underscore the complicated relationship between the Beltway-centered Cheney family and the sparsely populated state that provided its political base.

Martin's talk of a GOP civil war may sound like hyperbole, but Wyoming Republicans are painting a similar picture. Asked about Cheney's likely bid to unseat Enzi, former GOP Sen. Alan K. Simpson of Wyoming told Martin that a Cheney-Enzi face-off would bring about "the destruction of the Republican Party" in Wyoming. "It’s a disaster — a divisive, ugly situation — and all it does is open the door for the Democrats for 20 years," Simpson said.

A conservative Christian political consulting firm nearly gifted Minnesota Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R) with a vibrator, according to court documents obtained by BuzzFeed.

The CEO of Strategy Group for Media, Rex Elsass, reportedly sent “female pleasure machines” to Bachmann by accident.

In hopes of helping with her migraines, Elsass intended to purchase an electronic head massager for the conservative congresswoman. He sent an employee off to buy the device, but the employee purchased something a bit different and mailed it to Bachmann.
