Well, no one really knows that so it will be hard to decide that the state proved their case beyond a reasonable doubt. The state allowed Zimmermans version and video to be told in court; a big mistake in my opinion.

Rand Paul should say what he said last night every single night on every single news outlet until it finally sinks in.
This president clearly and without reservation makes executive decisions outside the confines of power as outlined in the Constitution and by repeatedly doing so believes he is above the law.
If impeachment and/or resignation is not yet in the cards - just speaking up will do - preferably by others joining Rand Paul - the only voice crying in the wilderness so far.

I also agree that the educational system here in America has failed you.
I'm not sure what your obsession with homosexuality has to do with this. Are you fighting some internal demons?
Easily solved by just declining to hire anyone who even remotely presents the possibility of being an illegal alien.

Problem solved.

A Saudi Arabian princess was arrested Wednesday and charged with human trafficking in Santa Ana, California for allegedly holding up to five women against their will and forcing them to work for several families in an Orange County condominium complex. According to CBS News, police arrested 42-year-old Meshael Alayban, one of the six wives of Saudi Prince Abdulrahman bin Nasser bin Abdulaziz al Saud, and charged her with one count of human trafficking, a charge that could send her to prison for up to 12 years if convicted

Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas said that Alayban was arrested after a 30-year-old Kenyan woman contacted police saying that she was a victim of human trafficking. The woman, carrying a suitcase, flagged down a bus in Santa Ana on Tuesday night. She told the driver and fellow passengers that she was trying to escape a situation where she was being held against her will. The passengers urged her to contact police.

The woman said that she had been hired in Kenya in 2012 to work for Alayban’s family. When she arrived in Saudi Arabia, she was stripped off her passport and forced to work more than double the amount of hours she agreed to for less than half the money.

Pay Attention to Egypt

Overseas the Arab Spring is turning into the Arab Nightmare that everyone BUT the Obama administration always saw coming.

At home the Obama Crew is fighting to socialize all of America's health care system, strangling the energy industry with new emissions regulations, and being exposed for ordering federal employees to spy on each other.

And what do our mainstream media think is the most important issue of the day?

The minute-by-minute play-by-play of the Zimmerman trial.

Yes sir, America.

Don't worry your little heads about the coming chaos in the Middle East. Or how the Obama administration's neutral position in the Egyptian coup is going to make it a virtual certainty Egypt will explode into a long and bloody religious civil war.

Don't worry about revelations that the federal government has been merrily intercepting our email, scanning the envelopes of our snail mail, and collecting communications data traveling on our undersea cables.

AND DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE WEEKLY SLAUGHTER OF DOZENS OF YOUNG BLACKS BY OTHER YOUNG BLACKS IN THE STREETS OF CHICAGO.

What the TV media think is really important to all of us is whether "white Hispanic" George Zimmerman killed a young black kid in self defense, as he says he did, or whether Zimmerman stalked and shot Trayvon Martin because he's a racist creep and a wanna-be cop.

IT DOESN'T MATTER TO THE TV MEDIA WHAT THE EVIDENCE IS. It doesn't even matter to them whether Zimmerman is guilty of second-degree murder or manslaughter or nothing at all.

THE TV MEDIA FOUND THE PERFECT WHITE-ON-BLACK CRIME TO EXPLOIT, and it exploited it to the max, stirring up racial passions and getting the ratings they wanted.

Of course, the TV media -- which have exaggerated the case far beyond its social or political importance -- are saying they sure hope an innocent verdict for Zimmerman doesn't create riots in the streets.

Yeah, right.

If riots come, you can bet the TV media will be on hand en masse to fan the flames -- and spike their ratings -- as long as they can.

The Zimmerman trial has been covered to death by TV, but there's little about the trial that's important to us in the long run.

It's a tragic -- and rare -- case that has been cynically milked and exploited by TV and professional race-baiters such as Al Sharpton.

What's important is what's happening in Egypt.

It would be easy for a conservative satirist to show the hypocrisy and lies in the main stream media and this administration even without bias. But that would be the news and not comedy.
Keep in mind you're watching a liberal comedy show. Only liberals think it's news. Conservatives have more sense. There's far too much at stake to waste time laughing and making fun of the liberal media who never take anything seriously.

He forgets his place. Narcissists and radicals often do.
It's not his place to comment on whether the "cops were wrong" or Trayvon would "look just like him" without knowing any of the facts beforehand. His opinions don't matter nor are they welcomed when it involves racially charged elements in the local news.
He does this because he doesn't know any better and to intentionally create derisiveness. He makes himself look foolish interjecting on local matters, especially racial matters, which Presidents don't and shouldn't put themselves right in the middle of - whether black, white or both.
It emphasizes his inexperience and spotlights his inability to remove himself from anything that doesn't promote his own bias.
If we had a President of the United States and Commander-in-Chief who knew better, we'd have a credible POTUS and CIC who would be more concerned about the state of the union instead of a phony, self-centered, radical liberal who doesn't know when to keep his mouth shut instead.
He's the President of the united States, you old bat!!

As such, he can and should comment on any matter he chooses.

Funny you didn't complain when Bush did it!!

BTW, Bush is all for the Senate Immigration Bill, just like O'Reilly.

That's two of your heroes, yet your inbred Paula Deen racism can't bear it!!

The last paragraph....
"If Hoodieman had not pursued Zimmerman and not punched him in the nose and not knocked him to the ground and not tried to bash his brains out against a concrete sidewalk, he'd be alive today."
Well, you're entitled to your own opinion, but you're not entitled to your own facts.
There is probably an inaccuracy in that last paragraph. Hoodieman may not be alive today even if he didn't pursue Zimmerman and punch him in the nose and knock him to the ground and start bashing his head against a concrete sidewalk. It is highly probable that Hoodieman would have been shot by some rival gang, or during a convenience store robery, or during a buglary.
As usual, you've got your head so far up your ass, the fumes are killing you.

Proof is on the record that Zimmerman profiled and pursued Trayvon.

Like you, he was a weak pansy, needed a gun because he couldn't physically stand up to a child.
