Hmmm, looked up the definition of debunked and see it does have negative connotations.
However, I have seen it used without the insult involved so the meaning I think is changing. Perhaps an unaware journalist thinks debunked sounds better than discredited.
Raging Dave makes every word he types sound angry so he is not the best person to judge usage.
It is an unfortunate state of language when Liberals use codewords or tagwords and phrases so much that the words begin to turn sour in their usage.

*Debunked* is but only one of many words trashed by Liberal usage. Others are Inequality, Workers Rights, Injustice, Racial Justice, Hate Crime, Affirmative Action, Economic Fairness, Working Wage, Racial Disparity, Blah, Blah, Blah.....

MEXICAN PIRATES vs CONSTITUTIONAL MILITIA

June 16, 2013

Last week we saw one of the most shameful, anti-American displays in the U.S. Congress in my lifetime. Mexcian President Felipe Calderon, who reinvented the word hypocrite, stood in front of the world in OUR house and slammed the State of Arizona for their new law to stop the sewage coming across the border from his country, bringing death and misery to that state. That little Napoleon stood in OUR house and ran his mouth while Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the morally and ethically bankrupt Democrats stood and cheered...

The bottom line is Our U.S. Constitution/Law guarantees under Art. IV, Section 4: "The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence."

This is the 21st century. It is a shame that the zionist leaders of israel have chosen to adopt the genocidal policies of Nazi Germany. Unlike the United States which was disgusted by Hitler and pretty much stopped forced sterilization of the mentally ill and prisoners after World War I.(Except, of course, for the backwards Southern States which actully practiced eugenics up until the 60's.) Still, we have advanced in our fight for civil rights. Israel has not. That is a FACT.
The FACT is you liberals were doing sterilizations up into the 1980's. The last one was 1981 in Washington state. You are such a liar. Eugenics was integrated into the curriculum of California’s LIBERAL public schools. Biology, sociology, and home management textbooks all contained the “evidence” supporting the cause. This, in addition to the propaganda from eugenics societies resulted in overall public support for the movement in California. The FACT is California changed--or did they? they now supply the most abortions. So tell me the difference? Israel is not sterilizing anyone and is not propagandizing abortion like you liberals. You do it to your own citizens. If Israel was smart they would throw the ILLEGALS out of their country.
March 2003, Governor Gray Davis apologized in Sacramento to all those affected by the eugenics movement in California. I wonder if someday a California governor will come forward and apologize for all the murdering of babies. Same eugenics, different people, same California wack-o state.

Forced Sterilization: a Stain on California
It's time for California to make amends for one of the most horrific and shameful episodes in the state's history. Between 1909 and 1964, more than 20,000 people in California were robbed of their reproductive abilities through a state program of forced sterilization. Under the misleading guise of "race betterment," doctors at California's state hospitals sterilized those who were considered "unfit to propagate."

The origins of California's forced-sterilization program lie in the misnamed eugenics movement of the early 20th century. The term means "good breeding" and stemmed from efforts to improve plant and livestock breeds. But those who believed that "degenerates" and the "feeble-minded" should be prevented from having child- ren launched campaigns for state laws to permit the sterilization of people with such deficiencies.

1964-California is not a southern state you commie propagandist. Own your eugenics program, you should be proud. Backwards California state. You said it.

Slaves were kidnapped, sold, & abused by there oppressors. The South is still known to be racist, yet politically it went from blue to red. The only thing that makes sense is the racist Democrats swapped parties! Make sense of it for me please!
You keep making my point. Slavery occurred when the southern states were blue. Urban poverty occurred where northern states are blue.

Opportunities are bringing blacks back to southern states that are now red states. The urban poverty is still predominant in the blue states.

That should tell you that when the south was blue, blacks were enslaved and oppressed. Now they're red and blacks are finding opportunites once denied them when the south was blue. And when they lived in northern blue states as well.

WAIT WAIT, the backwards state of California: This pattern of discrimination set the stage in California for the nonconsensual sterilization of Mexican-origin women at the USC-LA County Hospital in the 1970s. It has been reconstructed with great detail in a documentary film soon to be released, "No Mas Bebes por Vida," which features U-M's Stern.

In the 1970's USM--can you believe California was so backwards. Now let's move on to California eugenics of today: Forced Abortions.

Hitler and his henchmen victimized an entire continent and exterminated millions in his quest for a so-called Master Race.

But the concept of a white, blond-haired, blue-eyed master Nordic race didn't originate with Hitler. The idea was created in the United States, and cultivated in California, decades before Hitler came to power. California eugenicists played an important, although little-known, role in the American eugenics movement's campaign for ethnic cleansing.

Eugenics was the pseudoscience aimed at "improving" the human race. In its extreme, racist form, this meant wiping away all human beings deemed "unfit," preserving only those who conformed to a Nordic stereotype. Elements of the philosophy were enshrined as national policy by forced sterilization and segregation laws, as well as marriage restrictions, enacted in 27 states. In 1909, California became the third state to adopt such laws. Ultimately, eugenics practitioners coercively sterilized some 60,000 Americans, barred the marriage of thousands, forcibly segregated thousands in "colonies," and persecuted untold numbers in ways we are just learning. Before World War II, nearly half of coercive sterilizations were done in California, and even after the war, the state accounted for a third of all such surgeries.
Much of the spiritual guidance and political agitation for the American eugenics movement came from California's quasi-autonomous eugenic societies, such as Pasadena's Human Betterment Foundation and the California branch of the American Eugenics Society, which coordinated much of their activity with the Eugenics Research Society in Long Island. These organizations -- which functioned as part of a closely-knit network -- published racist eugenic newsletters and pseudoscientific journals, such as Eugenical News and Eugenics, and propagandized for the Nazis.

Californa, backwards then, backwards now.

Ironically, this is true.
According to the New York Times, black New Yorkers, including many who are young and college educated, are heading south.
The movement is not limited to New York. The percentage of blacks leaving big cities in the East and in the Midwest and heading to the South is now at the highest levels in decades.
The South now represents the potential for achievement for black New Yorkers in a way it had not before.

Maybe more of them will come back to the party of their roots as well now that they have more opportunities and acceptance provided by what is now the southern red states.

My pet peeve liberal word is "comprehensive". Everything has to be approached in a "comprehensive" manner.

Which means government is so expansive, they're going to do nothing and hope no one notices.

But they were denied any hope of opportunities in the blue states.
The NYT article I posted said blacks are moving back to the south in significant numbers because the opportunities are there now.
They weren't there when the southern states were blue states.
Can't you see what I'm saying? How can southern red states still be racist if the opportunites and acceptance are there now rather than in the northern blue states?
You along with the NYT are completely wrong if you're both saying the South is no longer racist! I have family in the South from Baltimore to GA. The father you go South, the worse the racism with exception to Florida along the coast. You're reading an article & I'm telling you from experience,"racism still exists in the South." Now I will agree that alot of blacks have been moving down South chasing economic opportunities but, what they don't tel you is, most wind up moving back. I have 2 friends that just moved back, 1 from NC, the other from SC. Both said there were jobs down there but, both said it's not for them. Both complained of rednecks running wild with guns looking for trouble. Both complained how blatantly racist the police down South. The laws are racially biased. I remember in about 04, I moved my uncleto South Carolina (mind you he's back in NJ) but, I went to McDonalds for breakfast. Leaving out I saw a white at the drive thru. Me being me, I said something to her along the lines of "what up babygirl." My cousin from the South tells me," yo chill boy, they don't play that shit down here!" I look around & folks both black & white were looking at my like I was crazy. I never did it sharing the rest of the time I was down there. Ain't nothing change down South but the party lines!
