'Recommend this article Comments15It's one thing for Obama not to be a details man, but how about a little focus -- or even a superficial awareness -- on very serious matters?

What we are seeing from Obama (and his administration) is what we should expect from a person who has been mostly a political agitator and activist for his entire adult life, without any experience in rolling up his sleeves and getting his hands dirty in actually solving the problems.

His style of governance is best-depicted by his frustrated utterance at the failure of BP to plug the Gulf oil leak fast enough to suit him: "Just plug the damn hole."

Obama doesn't really understand how business or even government works, but it doesn't keep him from making specific promises he doesn't know he can keep.

He repeatedly asserted, unequivocally, that Obamacare would bend the cost curve down and wouldn't infringe on religious liberty. He told us that if we liked our insurance plan, we would be able to keep it.

Have you been reading the headlines lately? "Obamacare Is Driving Some Doctors To Stop Taking Insurance Altogether." "In California, Obamacare to Increase Individual Health Insurance Premiums by 64-146 Percent." "ObamaCare to trigger health insurance cancellation notices." "Like your health care policy? You may be losing it." "Obamacare's Liberty-Crushing Mandate in Court."

Could it be that the public is finally waking up and at least willing to reconsider its foolish blindness to this administration? A new Quinnipiac University poll finds that American voters say -- by a 76-17 percent margin, including 63-30 percent among Democrats -- that a special prosecutor should be appointed to investigate charges that the IRS targeted conservative groups.'

but really, what good will it do? or as Hillary would say, "what difference does it make?" the low informed dolts voted for him, so unless he's impeached this Nero will continue the US on a path to third world status, as he fiddles a/k/a golfs, vacations and campaign fundraises.

Things are turning for the worse for the APES. Lots of "fence-sitters" are starting to see the light. They have grown tired of the APES excuses. These APES have received endless support from our liberal government, yet they still hold the same social status despite the decades and decades of help. Millions and millions of dollars wasted on trying to help these APES with programs like Welfare, Section Ape (aka Section 8), Food Stamps, APEfirmative Action (aka Affirmative Action), etc. All of these programs do not work because ultimately....you have to want to help yourself. These APES do not want to help themselves. Why? Simple: They don't care about anything except getting things for nothing. That's really the bottom line here. They don't even care about their own little APElings. If one of their little APElings die, they just say things like "Oh lawdy, oh lawdy, mah baby is dead!". They act upset because they are just mimicking Human behavior. That's all they do; parrot us Humans as best they can. All other races continue to do better for themselves, even with language barriers, because they actually care; plus they are actually Human. The simple truth is, 500 years from now, APES will hold the same exact social status, if not worse. No one except the hard core liberals will care about their whiny victim-mentality anymore because they will realize that not decades, but CENTURIES of liberal government help did absolutely NOTHING. Even having an APE president has done nothing. If anything, it made APES act out even more with flash mobs. Now, let us all stop a moment and thank God/Me for cameras and video. They show the truth even as the liberal media tries to hide as much APE behavior as possible. Oh, and let's thank the APE baby mamas for naming their APElings ridiculous names like Shakeisha. This helps us identify the perps in the liberal newspapers who are afraid to use the word "black".

so let's see here...when we hear the name 'Mitt' we should have no problem identifying that name with old white conservative losers.

The GOP’s White Voter Problem

....Focusing on Romney’s weakness among white voters is instructive because it demonstrates the limits of the current Republican establishment’s approach to policy. Romney offered few policies that would have directly benefited the lower middle class. Romney’s across-the-board income tax cut plan would have done little to nothing for people in the bottom half of the income distribution. A tax cut for the boss had insufficient appeal.

But chasing the missing white vote, as such, is insufficient. The white share of the population is in long-term relative decline. Romney won white voters by twenty percentage points, but he only won young white voters by only seven. All other things being equal, cohort replacement will make it tougher for the 2016 Republican nominee to repeat Romney’s performance among whites.

In any case, Romney lost the popular vote by almost five million votes. Any strategy that depends on winning over 60 percent of the white vote in order to squeak out a popular vote victory is fatally flawed. Republicans have only won such margins among whites twice in recent history—when they were winning forty-nine states in 1972 and 1984.

Obama Is Risking A Ton Of Political Backlash By Not Appointing A Special Prosecutor In The IRS Scandal

The White House thinks it is unnecessary to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the IRS' inappropriate scrutiny of conservative groups, risking potential backlash from an American public that overwhelmingly supports such a measure across party lines.

Deputy Press Secretary Josh Earnest said on Thursday that the White House is not looking into appointing a special prosecutor, something 76 percent of Americans said they supported in a Quinnipiac poll.

'In harm’s way

What happened among children in a bathroom of Public School 194 in Harlem was unspeakable. How the adults failed them all was appalling.

The Daily News reports that a fifth-grade boy and two third-grade boys forced a third-grade boy to perform oral sex in the school bathroom in 2012. The fifth-grader is believed to have been about 12; the third-graders were 8.

While pre-pubescent sexual assaults are blessedly rare, there is evidence that school administrators might have expected this one — and thus spared its victim the trauma he suffered.

The fifth-grader had been accused of sexually abusing a classmate, a girl, two years earlier, when both were in third grade.

There is scant doubt the perpetrator is an extremely disturbed child, yet he was allowed to remain in the school. What was done for and about him are among numerous issues that Chancellor Dennis Walcott must investigate.

PS 194 is classified as “PERSISTENTLY DANGEROUS.” At the first incident, the principal was Charyn Koppelson, who was reprimanded for failing to tell supervisors about her drunken driving arrest in 2008 and disciplined in 2011 for failing to report that EMS had been summoned to aid a student.

The Education Department removed Koppelson last year, reassigning her to serve as a fill-in principal. For Walcott: If Koppelson was not fit for dismissal, what principal or what teacher is?

Walcott must also examine the actions of Koppelson’s replacement, Josephine Bazan, and guidance counselor Alicia Blackwood after the victimized 8-year-old reported the assault.

Bazan left it to the boy’s mother to call police, whose intervention placed the fifth- and third-graders in Family Court. Blackwood, meanwhile, recommended 10- and five-day suspensions.

That call was woefully absurd. Punishment is not the issue when young children initiate or are pressed into sexually aberrant behavior. Instead, the situation called for psychiatric study and close scrutiny of HOME lives. Walcott must identify all the failures and determine whether protocols are up to preventing a recurrence of such a horror.

25 tea party groups sue Obama administration, IRS

IRS scandal: How Obama admin is hurting itself

A conservative watchdog group filed a lawsuit Wednesday on behalf of 25 tea party groups against the Internal Revenue Service and Obama administration officials.

The complaint, filed by the American Center for Law and Justice, alleges that the Obama administration overstepped its authority and violated the First and Fifth amendments to the U.S. Constitution.

It’s the latest in the unfolding legal drama over the IRS’s admitted targeting of tea party groups — a scandal that has already cost the acting head of the agency his job and others taking the 5th....
