If Lerner is granted immunity and still refuses to testify, then she can be charged with contempt of Congress and jailed until she does so.
Not true because, she doesn't have to take the immunity the same way the prosecutor doesn't have to offer it &, Congress holds no weight in a criminal court & can not offer her immunity in a congenial court proceeding or even influence criminal division DA's to cut deals in attempts to further their agenda. It's against the law!

Most developed nations require that significant medical procedures be performed by competent physicians, not herbal medicine quacks.

Obamacare is based on shifting care to sub-professionals, a step backwards.

Lois Lerner: "I have not done anything wrong."

Well, if that's true, then the agency that was her job to manage was running amuck with an organized criminal assault on political opponents of the Democratic Party. And, this unbelievably incompetent bureaucrat is then placed at the head of ObamaKare, Obama's signature piece of work.
Then, instead of assisting an investigation into the criminal activities that she was ignorant of and occurring directly under her, she pleads the 5th Amendment.
Now, why would anyone think she is lying?

Uh-hum!

The new study discovers that changes in the amount of summertime sunlight striking the Northern Hemisphere due to the changes in the Earth's orbital orientation towards the sun is chiefly responsible for the recent alteration between Ice Ages and warmer periods like the one we are currently in. From the studies press release:

"During the warmest period of the Holocene, the Earth was positioned such that Northern Hemisphere summers warmed more," [Shaun] Marcott,[lead author of OSU] said. "As Earth's orientation changed, Northern Hemisphere summers became cooler, and we now should near the bottom of this long term cooling trend - but obviously, we are not."

Of course not. However, my specific discipline requires an intense study of the Earth. If a grain of sand is added to the beach, then the beach has been changed. How significant the impact of human activity is, nobody knows.
But, there are clues here and there, like the so-called "scientists" who are attempting to prove human significance in global warming being so convinced they were wrong that they invented fraudulent evidence to support their caser.
That's just a clue to a scientist that they don't really believe what they, themselves, are saying.
So we are on the same page then phuckface, talk to your fellow righteingers.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) on Wednesday defended his objection to initiating House-Senate budget negotiations unless Democrats take a debt limit increase off the table, saying he doesn't trust his party to hold the line.

"The senior senator from Arizona urged this body to trust the Republicans. Let me be clear, I don't trust the Republicans," Cruz said. "And I don't trust the Democrats."

On Tuesday, Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) scolded Republicans for blocking negotiations. He was backed by Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME).

"Unfortunately," Cruz said, "one of the reasons we got into this mess is because a lot of Republicans were complicit in this spending spree and that's why so many Americans are disgusted with both sides of this house.... And every Republican who stands against holding the line here is really saying, let's give the Democrats a blank check to borrow any money they want with no reforms, no leadership to fix the problem."

All the grass in the city uses round up--and your garden is next to that-so can you really say your food is GMO free?
