Obama update May 3, 2013, Jobs, Birth Certificate, Records, Chicago corruption court cases, Muslim Saudi ties, Benghazi, Fast & Furious, Gunrunner vs gun control

“Why has Obama, since taking the White House, used Justice Department Attorneys, at taxpayer expense, to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?”…Citizen Wells

“Khalid Al-Mansour was “raising money” for Obama.”
“Khalid Al-Mansour was trying to help Obama get into Harvard Law School.”…Percy Sutton

“With a 63.7% labor force participation,“conditions in the labor market are considerably worse than indicated” in July’s report”…economist Joshua Shapiro, WSJ August 3, 2012
Jobs

The (stated) unemployment rate for April is 7.5 percent.
The labor force participation rate is 63.3 percent. That is 2.8 percent lower than when Obama took office.

ADP just reported that 119,000 private sector were added in March. 150,000 were forecast.
The number of people with part time jobs is growing. A direct result of the economy and Obamacare.
Perhaps the best indicator is the fact that 20 %, 1 out of 5 Americans are on food stamps.
Birth Certificate.

A challenge to Obama being on the ballot in Alabama is scheduled to be before the Alabama Supreme Court headed by Judge Roy Moore. It is believed that the Sheriff Joe Arpaio investigation and investigator Mike Zullo will cooperate in the court case.
Records

Obama has still not released his college records.
We know that Saudi ties helped him enter Harvard. His college records should be interesting. Remember, he bowed to the saudi king.
Chicago corruption court cases

Blagojevich appeal.

It is believed that Blagojevich attorney Lauren Kaeseberg requested an extension to file an opening brief. She has not returned my email request.

FDIC vs Amrish Mahajan, et al.

This is the bank that loaned Rita Rezko the money for the lot purchase that was subsequently sold in part to the Obamas. The lawsuit is still open.
Benghazi

Whistleblowers have come forward. Obama has denied attempts to silence them.
A senior US law enforcement official stated that 3 or 4 members of al Qaeda took part in the attack.
The internal panel that probed the Benghazi attack is under investigation.
Gunrunner vs gun control

Obama may be fairing better with Project Gunrunner than he is at federal attempts at gun control.
However, several states are moving forward with legislation.

Cold Case Posse WILL Assist In Alabama Supreme Court Case Against Obama!

Joe Arpaio speaking 2 SC Cold Case Posse WILL Assist in Alabama Supreme Court Case Against Obama!

As Carl Gallups (PPSIMMONS founder and host of Freedom Friday With Carl Gallups) and Mike Zullo (lead investigator of the Sheriff Joe Arpaio Cold Case Posse) have been telling us, things are moving closer to bringing the fraudulent Obama birth certificate case to a level of federal prosecution.

According to Zullo, there are increasing numbers of people, whom he refers to as “VIPs,” that will not only bring the case to the public light, but also to a high level of legal prosecution.

Gallups tells us that VIPs, in this case, are only people who can actually move this case to a prosecution level. Gallups says,“We are not fooling with people who are just curious or who have a desire to simply be “in the loop” of information. We are now dealing with people who have the connections, money, authority, and standing to actually move the case forward into the arena of full public knowledge and, as stated before, full prosecution.” Gallups went on to say,“These are people with relatively unrestrained financial abilities, media exposure, and most importantly – a deep desire to see our Constitutional Republic restored and protected.”

When asked if the Sheriff Joe Arpaio Cold Case Posse was absolutely certain of their evidential findings in the case, Zullo confirmed,“We recently discovered new irrefutable evidence, which confirms, hands down, the document [birth certificate] is a fraud.”

“The problem isn’t the evidence,” said Zullo,“The problem has been getting people who can do something about it to attend an evidence presentation. That fact is finally changing. We are now in the process of having meetings with people of standing, people who have the authority and the desire to move this case forward. The tide is shifting. Many VIPs are getting on board this monumental case. This case is shaping up to be the biggest fraud ever perpetrated on the American people. It may be the biggest fraud ever perpetrated upon any people of any society in world history.”

Holder Threatens Kansas Over Gun Control Nullification Law

Eric Holder 13 SC Holder Threatens Kansas over Gun Control Nullification Law

On Thursday, Kansas Governor Sam Brownback received a letter from Federal Attorney General Eric Holder threatening action against the state should it enforce SB102 which Brownback signed into law last month.

The new law states, in part:

Any act, law, treaty, order, rule or regulation of the government of the United States which violates the second amendment to the constitution of the United States is null, void and unenforceable in the state of Kansas

The bill also provides for criminal penalties against federal agents who attempt to enforce specific federal laws on guns manufactured in the state of Kansas and sold within the state – as the state takes the position under the new law that the federal government does not “interstate commerce” authority over such items.

In his letter, Holder didn’t take too kindly to such a proposition. He wrote:

“In purporting to override federal law and to criminalize the official acts of federal officers, SB102 directly conflicts with federal law and is therefore unconstitutional.”

Editor’s note: This is another in a series of “WND/WENZEL POLLS” conducted exclusively for WND by the public-opinion research and media consulting company Wenzel Strategies.

Not only have voters begun to connect the dots between the faltering economy and global insecurity to President Obama’s administration in significant numbers, they also have begun to join him in calling for “change.”

"Silver Bounce Coming"Here's What to Do After Silver's Correction is Over. See New Report: www.Sovereign-Investor.com
Stop Deportation NowRelief from Removal Lawyers Free Initial Consultations BrandtImmigration.com

Only this is the impeachment type of change, not the type Obama has so often preached.

The poll shows those advocating impeachment nearly equal to those against it. For example, regarding Obama’s campaign for amnesty to illegals, 44 percent say he should be impeached for that, while only 48 percent say he should not. And 46 percent say they think Obama should be impeached for launching the war to remove Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi, while 49 percent say no.

“Taken by itself, any of these questions about President Obama could be ignored, but it becomes much more questionable when all of these … administration actions are taken as a whole,” said Fritz Wenzel, whose public opinion and media consulting company Wenzel Strategies conducted the poll.

The scientific survey was done by telephone March 7-12 and contains a margin of error of 2.92 percent.

“Obama appears to have found a way to split the nation directly down the middle on each issue, but, as his plummeting poll numbers may now indicate, the American public may well be catching up with the cumulative effect of this administration’s handling of the Constitution and the federal government,” Wenzel said.

Sign the petition urging Congress to impeach Obama.

He noted that Obama’s job approval is in freefall.

“American voters apparently are finally, after more than four years, beginning to connect the sluggish economy, the precarious state of international affairs and Barack Obama,” Wenzel said.“After an inauguration bounce, his job approval has now returned to near the lowest level he has ever seen, with 42 percent giving him positive marks for his overall performance.”

Wenzel said:“Some of this has to do in particular with his ham-handed management of the recent sequester budget battle with Congress – and the aftermath which has shown he and his administration spokesmen deceived the country. Even some media outlets have started grilling administration officials over inconsistencies and other problems. The tide seems to have turned against the Obama administration, as not even a majority of Democrats give him positive marks for his handling of his job.”

You get accepted based on your academics.

Scholarships are based on both need and academics. My daughter received scholarships awarded prior to any applications for financial aid. These were based on her HS record.

In his book, "Dreams From My Father," Obama indicated he hadn't always been an academic star. Even academic stars don't get into Harvard.
In a Columbia Newsletter's article about Obama's life: "Obama wrote letters to community organizations all around the country asking for a job but received no positive responses for six months until landing a job with a nonprofit in Chicago where he worked in low-income neighborhoods for 3 years."
From there, the timeline went straight to: "In his late 20s, Obama attended Harvard Law School where he received national publicity when he became the first African-American president of Harvard Law Review."
Something is missing - from community organizer for three years after not finding a job for six months to Harvard Law School.
One would naturally think that if he had the grades at Columbia, he wouldn't have had any trouble finding a job. Yet he got into Harvard.
Doesn't the missing piece in this timeline puzzle you too?
You're looking for mysteries where there are none Carol. Barack Obama was one of many college grads who spent time looking for work after graduating. His stint at the Developing Communities Project, run under the auspices of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Chicago was an important stepping stone for him. Schools like Harvard Law often look beyond grades and often weigh actual experience into the mix.
Obama worked with actual people and tried to make their communities stronger and encouraged the younger residents to better themselves. There's nothing wrong with that.

HEY STUPID! Wal-Mart destroys more jobs when they come into a community than they provide. The jobs they provide are so low paying that their employees have to apply for supplemental assistance and food stamps.
• Wal-Mart's intentionally low wages force employees to need approximately $420,000 per year, per store, totaling $2.66 BILLION annually in food stamps and other taxpayer assistance…to survive.
• Wal-Mart's intentionally low wages cost the country HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS of dollars in payroll tax deductions for Federal, State, and Local taxes.
• Wal-Mart's intentionally low wages cost our communities the ability to hire and retain important public service workers like firefighters, police officers, maintenance workers, and teachers.
• Wal-Mart's intentionally low wages cost our communities with their increased need for those same public services they are underfunding.
• Wal-Mart's intentionally low wages and lack of covered benefits cost taxpayers over $1.02 BILLION a year in healthcare costs.
• Wal-Mart's intentionally low wages cost taxpayers as much as $225 MILLION in free and reduced price lunches for school-age children.
• Wal-Mart's intentionally low wages cost taxpayers over $780 MILLION in tax deductions for low-income families.
You're an idiot Jimmy!

The Gospel of Alex Jones

He’s an evangelist for conspiracy theology.

Infowars is a misnomer. At its core, 9/11-truther Alex Jones’s infamous website is not about “info.” It’s about faith. Jones shows less interest in marshaling information to convince people of his various conspiracy theories than in preaching a theology. He’s not your everyday screed-monger. Rather, he’s an evangelist, and he’s looking for converts, and, judging by the size of his audience, he’s pretty good at making them.

Jones’s theories have sometimes gained currency outside Infowars. His website recently reported that the Department of Homeland Security was buying a notable amount of ammunition, suggesting that it was a federal attempt to raise the price of ammunition or create a stockpile for use against an armed uprising by citizens. A number of news outlets reported on the purchases. Representatives Jason Chaffetz (R., Utah) and Jim Jordan (R., Ohio) led a House subcommittee hearing on the matter. And Senator Jim Inhofe (R., Okla.) and Representative Frank Lucas (R., Okla.) introduced legislation pushing for more accountability on ammunition purchases by government agencies. But, as tends to be the case with Infowars’ narratives, it turns out to be a non-issue: The DHS buys large quantities of ammo to use at law-enforcement training centers, and there’s little change in the quantity purchased this year compared with previous years.

Regardless of how you feel about the DHS’s buying ammunition, this could be the year “Alex Jones” becomes a household name.

Jones stands out not for sharing disconnected theories explaining things that have happened in the world; instead, he presents a cosmology that demands full faith and adherence. If you are lukewarm, Alex Jones will spit you out.

Before we get into that, it’s important to bear in mind just how out-there unstable Jones appears to be. This is the man who, after going on a high-speed paranoiac rant on Piers Morgan Tonight about gun control, returned to his Manhattan hotel room to make a video in which he claimed to be under surveillance by hostile government agents. This is the man who proudly describes himself as the nation’s preeminent 9/11-truther. This is the man who, as Alexander Zaitchik put it in a Rolling Stone profile, makes Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck “sound like tea-sipping NPR hosts on Zoloft.”

http://www.nationalreview.com/article/346957/...

Alex Jones has the optimism you can have only if you think everything has already gone to Hell. It’s easy to write him off as a kook and a lunatic, but that’s what they did to Jeremiah. The difference between Jones and Jeremiah, of course, is that Jones appears to be a paranoiac.

It’s all fairly consistent, too — bat-feces crazy, but essentially consistent. Infowars isn’t just a website; it’s a way to live. Alex Jones wants to make you a believer.
