Pvt. Isaac Aguigui, the alleged ringleader of a murderous antigovernment group, was charged today by the United States Army with killing his wife, who was several months pregnant when she was found dead in their home on the Fort Stewart military base in Georgia nearly two years ago.

The 21-year-old Aguigui, according to Georgia state prosecutors, funded his dreams of overthrowing the government through a campaign of political assassination and other acts of terror with money from a $500,000 life insurance policy he received after the “highly suspicious” death in July 2011 of his wife, Deirdre, an army sergeant who had served a tour of duty in Iraq as a linguist.

While the army has been investigating Sgt. Aguigui’s death for nearly two years, military officials released no further details, according to The Associated Press.

Following his wife’s death, Aguigui and his followers spent $87,000 on military-grade weapons and bomb-making material.

Are you aware of the Law?

The Efficiency of Militia Bill H.R. 11654, also known as the DICK ACT of 1902, invalidates all so-called gun-control 'laws'.

It also divides the militia into three distinct and separate entities.** SPREAD THIS TO EVERYONE ** The three classes H.R. 11654 provides for are the organized militia, henceforth known as the National Guard of the State, Territory and District of Columbia, the unorganized militia and the regular army.

The militia encompasses every able-bodied male between the ages of 18 and 45. All members of the unorganized militia have the absolute personal Right and 2nd Amendment Right to keep and bear arms of any type, and as many as they can afford to buy.

The Dick Act of 1902 cannot be repealed; to do so would violate bills of attainder and ex post facto laws which would be yet another illegal and gross violation of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

The President of the United States has zero authority without violating the Constitution to call the National Guard to serve outside of their State borders.

The National Guard Militia can only be required by the National Government for limited purposes specified in the Constitution (to uphold the laws of the Union; to suppress insurrection and repel invasion). These are the only purposes for which the General Government can call upon the National Guard.

Repugnants controlled both House and Senate. Nice try. Clinton signed off after the GOP majority forced it. That these banks are currently being fined enormous sums is proof they were guilty of predatory lending of a voluntary nature, not forced lending because of Barney Frank or Chris Dodd.
<quoted text>
Wrong, no economic train wreck under Clinton. There was no bank crisis, no doubling of the federal debt or 500,000 jobs being lost each month during his last months in office. No credit-default scams.
The balanced budget after years in the red by Reagan and GHW Bush was a major accomplishment.
Nice try.

Nevermind, I already know. Products of liberal indoctrination in the public schools and universities for the past four decades.

The video speaks for itself. You won't find it on any liberal website. Doesn't matter if it was the Weekly Standard who posted the video or not. What matters is the video and Ms. Snow's testimony.

When asked if the "patient" - who she referred to as the mother - was really the botched abortion baby struggling for life, she actually said she didn't know how to answer and even said "good question."

Take up the 500,000 lost jobs complaint with CNN Money. They're the ones who reported it.

the white arrogance that allows you to deny the history that proves that whites are traitorous murdering bastards will end in the culmination that those that i am related to foretold many years ago, and as now plays out in the declining power of the white people who have for many years ruled this country as if impervious of any retribution for past actions. you are not far short of being within a demographic minority that will suffer long and hard for that arrogance. a suffering that i will cherish to my dying day.

<quoted text>If there is no doubt in your mind, then, pardon me,but you are a bigot. All those studies which you refer to, but do not mention, have been debunked. Actual studies show that same sex parenting is flawed and that children are worse off and have issues common to parental neglect due to an absent gender.
I understand your need to admit something, but accepting something as true, which is a lie, is not being honest.
For instance, most straights accept the notion that homosexuality is not a mental disorder. Why? Flawed changes to the DSM, based on politics not science.
Consider the DSM 302 classification prior to the change. The studies conducted showed that homosexuality, frotterism, bestiality and necrophilia were paraphilias in the same class. Please explain how and why gay activists were able to conclude that homosexuality and homosexuality should be removed, but never explained why it was in the same category and why it should be changed.
Was it consent? No, that is a legal social construct. Besides, fluffy teddy bears which people have sex with, do not need to give consent. A paraphilia is an object used to replace normal sexual activities. Don't gay men replace the vagina orifice with the butt, and lesbians replace a penis with dildos, fingers and tongues.
Ask this question? Can't a dad and daughter make a loving parent, or a mom and son? You are right, it is a boundary issue, which is why polygamy, incest, bestiality and pedophilia are not allowed in this society and most.
Actually, the problem is in defining a behavior, homosexuality, as an orientation. Many so-called gays are now ex-gays. Is it fair to a man who dates four women and has a child by each, that he is not able to give them all a loving parent marriage home. That said, it is fair to people who have chosen same sex behavior.
What is not fair is when other people make the choice, then attack others who wish to change and become ex-gays. What is not fair is when these people try to demonize people who do not support their delusions.
I have many friends who are gay and we talk, so the picture that the media and gays try to paint is not a wash here. Most gays were abused as children. Many by parents, some by siblings, others by boy friends, some by priests and teachers. They also say that the gay community is a violent, hateful and judgmental community within to each other.
There is only one definition marriage, and that means man and woman. Anything else is a different thing and not marriage. Perhaps, we should fly in our "trees" and climb our "airplanes".
It is about forced acceptance and perversion of normalcy and the destruction of the family as we know it. Planned parenting now teaches teens that safe sex is gay sex. What?
Sorry to disappoint, but I tried finding a credible source to confirm my suspicions which were the same as yours about adoptive children of homosexuals having more obstacles to overcome.

Couldn't find one.

Gay couples are not terrible people. In fact, the ones I've known are wonderful people. I've wondered myself about some kind of early trauma or something else that occurred in their impressionable years that may have led to homosexuality. But even if this WAS a plausible explanation, most are good people at heart.

You and I are on the same page when it comes to gay marriage.

I also agree we're much too fixated on this alternate lifestyle in our education system and society as a whole.

We've gotten to the point of almost glorifying homosexuality. That is neither a good thing or necessary.
