Has there ever been a thorough judicial review of a President in the entire history of the nation?

Obama is not the first President accused of this. Look it up. Didn't work then, didn't work now. Whatever you think is of no consequence.

For you to speak like that again displays your Orly Taitz obsession and desire to be Da Donald's personal knob polisher.

(Reuters)- French President Francois Hollande's popularity has fallen to the lowest level since he was elected last May, taking his rating below that of far-right leader Marine Le Pen for the first time, a poll showed on Sunday.
Only 31 percent are satisfied with Hollande's performance, eight points less than last month, as the Socialist president battles unemployment at a 13-year high and a stagnant economy, according to the poll carried out for newspaper Metro and TV channel LCI.
Hollande had started his presidency with a 59 percent approval rating in the monthly Clai-Metro-LCI poll carried out by OpinionWay.
Since then, he has been struggling with a promise to halt a rise in unemployment and his government has announced billions in spending cuts.
Hecklers on a tour to eastern France last week shouted: "What happened to the promises?" and "We've been waiting six months for a change!"
Prime Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault and Finance Minister Pierre Moscovici have as few supporters as Hollande, while Interior Minister Manuel Valls, who cultivates a tough-guy image, comes top of the government, with 58 percent satisfied with his performance.
Senior opposition politicians, including former conservative prime ministers Francois Fillon and Alain Juppe are more popular than Hollande and Ayrault. Far-right leader Le Pen was ahead by one point, the first time she has beaten Hollande during his time in government.
Nearly two thirds want a government reshuffle.

How many times in the history of the insurance industry, have individuals or businesses been caught setting fire to their homes and businesses in order to receive a lucrative payout of insurance money? This is exactly what BP and Exxon are doing. They are intentionally burning down their own home (oil) in order to construct a behemoth palace (bio-fuels).

Specifically, this article will detail the following:

1. The globalists through their government minions are in the process of destroying massive bodies of water including, but not limited to Chesapeake Bay, the Great Lakes, the Mississippi River and the Gulf of Mexico. The destruction is not because of neglect, it is willful destruction with very ulterior motives in mind.

2. The globalists are using nitrates from fertilizer and Corexit to accomplish their desire to create a dead zone in the aforementioned bodies of water.

3. The globalists are creating water dead zones which will allow the proliferation of algae growth and the oil companies have initially led the charge to convert our energy usage from oil to algae.

4. Prominent globalists are involved in this conspiracy and have contributed massive resources to this endeavor.

5. Prominent globalists are attempting to buy up as much water as possible to exacerbate the destruction of water resources in the aforementioned areas. In other words, Americans are looking at extreme water scarcity from which the globalists can wage wars and force submission to their will, while at the same time carry out their stated depopulation agenda.

6. My instincts tell me that this conspiracy has more breadth and depth than what is revealed here and it is my sincere hope that my fellow researchers will afford some much needed attention to these issues, because I strongly believe there is more to learn and we do not have much time because humanity’s fate hangs in the balance.

http://www.activistpost.com/2013/03/the-mothe...
Actually, I have the truth!

Here it is:

Globalist are being used/manipulated by agents from Saudi Arabia.

See? It is ALL about MONEY AND RELIGION-ISLAM!

The filthy rich Saudis want to cripple America! They know we can not live without oil. The green sola movement they know is a waste of money that will unnecessarily cripple our economy as it already had.

The green-environment crap is an invention to raise taxes and destroy the American economy so the Arabs can eventually dominate us.

Krauthammer:

In choice of both topic and foil, Rand Paul’s now-legendary Senate filibuster was a stroke of political genius. The topic was, ostensibly, very narrow: Does the president have the constitutional authority to send a drone-launched Hellfire missile through your kitchen — you, a good citizen of Topeka to whom POTUS might have taken a dislike — while you’re cooking up a pot roast?

The constituency of those who could not give this question a straight answer is exceedingly small. Unfortunately, among them is Attorney General Eric Holder. Enter the foil. He told a Senate hearing that such an execution would not be “appropriate.”

“Appropriate” being a bureaucratic word meaning nothing, Holder’s answer was a PR disaster. The correct response, of course, is: Absent an active civil war on U.S. soil (of the kind not seen in 150 years) or a jihadist invasion from Saskatchewan led by the Topeka pot-roaster, the answer is no.

The hypotheticals being inconceivable, Paul’s performance was both theatrically brilliant and substantively irrelevant. As for the principle at stake, Holder’s opinion carries no weight in any case. He is hardly a great attorney general whose words will ring through history. Nor would anything any attorney general says be binding on the next president, or for that matter on any Congress or court.

The vexing and pressing issue is the use of drones abroad. The filibuster pretended not to be about that. Which is testimony to Senator Paul’s political adroitness. It was not until two days later that he showed his hand, writing in the Washington Post,“No American should be killed by a drone without first being charged with a crime.” Note the absence of the restrictive clause “on American soil.”

Now we’re talking about a larger, more controversial issue: the killing by drone in Yemen of al-Qaeda operative Anwar al-Awlaki. Except on American soil, the Constitution does not rule, no matter how much Paul would like it to. Yet Paul’s unease applies to non-American drone targets as well. His quarrel is with the very notion of the War on Terror, although he is normally too smart to say that openly and unequivocally. Unlike his father, who implied that 9/11 was payback for our sins, Paul the Younger more gingerly expresses general skepticism about not just the efficacy but the legality of the entire war.

Remember when Liberals attempted to impeach Bush for using drone on US soil just to monitor/view/spy/surveillance?

Where see the Liberals now?

See? Liberals are brain dead hypocrites!

Due to their father's refusin to pay child support, and subsequently absconding to another state, my family was eligible for 265 dollars in food stamps per month for just under two years. My kids' school clothes came from thrift stores, where a smart shopper can often rejuvenate an entire school-year wardrobe (much of it 'designer') for under a hundred bucks, including the shoes. Gee, I'm sorry - I forgot I was supposed to dress them in rags, to conform to your stereotypical prejudices, simply because my situation warranted participation in a program for which MY tax dollars (and I payed self-employment rates, by the way) were also used.
You know what Carol? You can shove that smug superiority complex right back up your anal canal where it belongs.

Who can't get up in the morning without blaming The Man (usually a bald, middle-aged white guy driving an SUV) for their lack of work ethic?
You don't get the point, but that's not surprising. We should try shorter words when responding to you. You and your fellow losers (like the Harley guy at my office, who I have spoken to about it REPEATEDLY) takes free stuff from the gubbermint BECAUSE YOU CAN. And since you aren't encumbered with a pesky thing like DIGNITY you are more than willing to stick your hand out even if you don't need it. Why pay for your kids'$2.00 lunch if you can get it for free? All you have to do is fill out the forms so that your live-in breeder-mama girlfriend appears as a "single mother" with no income, or have your checks directed to a PO box in another town so that the breeder LOOKS like an abandoned mother.
Do you honestly think 25% of public school kids NEED the gubbermint to buy their lunches or do 25% of kids get the freebies so that mama can buy an extra six pack on Friday?
If 25% of the kids in America have parents who qualify for government assistance, regardless of what the qualifications are, that is the crux of the problem, imo. Most of the folks I've met who use food stamps, have at least one job, and at least one child, and many of them have at least one college degree. They're struggling just to put food on the table without help from somewhere, be it community food banks, the local Godshop, or the government. It's insane that we're turning out that many people whose qualifications for employment exceed that necessary for available work, and whose income is insufficient to allow them to pay for necessities, like food and shelter, much less medical care. We have college graduates obliged to do the same jobs they did in high school, after having spent thousands of dollars on a college education, because those are the only places hiring. Why?
