IU 's Tom Crean not up for the task

Poor game preparation, inability to make effective changes during games, Hoosiers losing to weaker teams on a regular basis.
These are a sample of demonstrated failures by Tom Crean to effectively lead the Hoosiers. He has been "out-coached" multiple times this season resulting in losses. It seems obvious he is not the coach to take the Hoosiers to the next level. No one expected this to be an extraordinary season for the Hoosiers, but everyone should expect a better season than we have, including the players. They play hard and show improvement every game. The missing factor is someone coaching them at the Big 10 level.
