Mitch Lee with kleptomania. Sorry Tubby, he's never made a season without a major F UP. Cancel the scholarship and send him on his way.

Pioneer Press columnist Charlie Walters revealed Sunday that Trevor Mbakwe is reportedly considering leaving the U of M and transferring to a D2 school or playing in Europe. Follow your bliss, Trevor, and take Royce White with you.

It is like the guy wants to make trouble for sport. (No pun intended) It is a privilege to play basketball at the college level, not to mention for a hall-of-fame caliber coach such as Tubby Smith. Only a complete fool would screw that up by stealing clothing and being disruptive in public. Throw your life away fool.

It's interesting that Mr. White was trouble and troubled at DeLaSalle, and now is trouble and troubled at the U of M. I guess he must have been clean as a whistle at Kenny Novak's little UNLV in the suburbs. Strange how such things happen.

I know that he was expelled from high school for cheating. I know that he has been kicked out of the dorms at the U of M. I know that he has been accused of theft and assault within the last 30 days at the MoM. I know that he is suspected of another theft over the weekend. I know he pure trouble. Just go.

Mr. White is another in a long line of young athletes that have been given special privileges because of his ability to put a ball through a metal ring. And now Mr. White thinks he is untouchable. He is so intellectually stunted that he doesn't even realize what an opportunity he has been offered. What a fool. I'm sure I will be asking him for fries with my meal real soon.

I agree his past conduct isn't admirable and good points are made as to whether he should have the priviledge to play at the U. However, this story is only speculation. What if he isn't charged? This story has already made him guilty in our eyes. Doesn't mean he didn't do it, but it doesn't mean he did either. We need to be careful how to interpret this article as I think we would all like that same consideration if gossip had us doing something we didn't do.

I'm sure glad he was our state's Mr. Basketball. Makes me proud. So many real student-athletes were passed over for that award. At least he won a state title for Hopkins U.
