Yes you suggested no sex when fertile. The only other time to have sex is when you are infertile or not at all. It's not your concern if a married couple has sex at any time.Nobody suggested the "calendar method".
Here you are suggesting the calendar method works. It is not a recommended form of birth control.NFP is successful when a woman cares enough to educate herself.
