Do you think it's impossible for boys to have seen their moms in a magazine filled with naked pictures of 'strangers'? Those women in the magazines might have been somebody's mom, eventually.....or even at the time.<quoted text>
Hey moon..hey all
What's,sad ..is,thinking of a,society we created where kids, might see those, species,of their mom's on the net (whatever that becomes) in a,few, years, from now..how,then to impart to their kids ANY respect for Mom..themselves,or their girlfriends, if male.
We want women to get respect ...but this,is,counterproductive..
Boys, have ALWAYS, liked naked pics..but before it was strangers in magazines,...sad
I pray maybe there will be such a feeling as,to reverse the trend towards this, advertising themselves,as sex objects..I mean really , who wants to think of mom being in a group sex situation..
Just a thought ..I fear for the world my grandkids are growing into ....
Not to say that I don't agree with you on the selfies....I've never understood that phenomenon, even when it's just pictures of yourself and your latest meal...pretty stupid if you ask me....but it just goes to show how narcissistic some folks are.
But again, you're right: the internet is no place for naked pics, if you want them to be your own. Once on the 'net, they're public property. Posting them indicates a distinct lack of self-respect, not to mention sense.
