In this world..spontaneous miscarriage is natural. I never said it was not. Just to be clear. IMO it would not have been the case in Eden.
And no overpopulation either. Perfect balance.But this is Not Eden.
I was very careful to mention an external cause for ending a pregnancy as opposed to a miscarriage

What if there was no difference between spontaneous and induced abortion? So long as abortion wasn't forced upon unwilling women, what exactly is the difference between losing an unwanted/unhealthy pregnancy in the earliest stages by deciding to make an appointment with a (real) physician over losing a wanted pregnancy in the earliest stages? In mid-pregnancy? In later stages?
