We have become a nation of "we want it now" people. Sports at U of A is one f the worst examples. I believe that Mike Shula deserved a chance longer than he was given to prove he had what it takes. I deplore the fact that he was fired too soon. I hope the powerful alums who "want it now" are unable to find a coach that can or will come and give them what they want. How dare they decide what we, the fans want. Have they polled us? Did they even consider us? No! Hope they're all hoist on their own petards.

Your basicly right. They should have let him coach another two or three. But as much as I want the Trustees and Moore to eat a big helping of humble pie. I hope they team pulls it off in the Independence Bowl, for the sake of the players and real fans. You know the ones that don't throw away their flags and scrape off bumber stickes; just because of one baddd season.

With so much money ridding on a job, why do people like Price and T.B. do the things they do? i guess the colleges can't pay for playing talent so they have extra money laying around and it burns thru the Trustees pockets. You know they can't put in their own pockes legaly so they have to wast it like Alabamas been doing.

Time to sideline coaches' salaries? Hey not yet...wait until we get our coach at Alabama, because it appears that we are going to have to pay a hefty penny to get someone now.. What a mess!!! We need some of the old trustees to take a seat and let one of there kids take over to get some new ways of doing things, may be they want be so prejudice and give somebody a real chance to turn this program!!!!!!
