All we know about Florida is that they are a little bit better than Towson.

THAT IS A LOW BLOW, BUT COMING FROM A TEAM THAT IS TOO SELF-ABSORBED TO COMMIT TO A CONFERENCE BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO SHARE THE SPOTLIGHT WITH ANYONE, I WOULD EXPECT THAT

touche. lol, No we just don't want to be stuck playing the same old teams.
Joining a conference is what teams do when they aren't big enough to go it alone.

Y'all don't have a problem playing Navy for a hundred years though? Oh you must mean you don't want to be stuck playing the same old GOOD teams every year. Navy you will play until from here to eternity. Hmmm

Hmmmmm I wonder why we will play Navy, let's see, they saved us from going bankrupt durring WWII. I am proud of the fact that of the fact that Notre Dame plays Navy. By the way, Over any 10 year period Notre Dame will have played a harder schedule than any other team in the country. It has been proven time and again. You can make fun of Navy but they went to 7 bowls in a row up til last season. I bet your team didn't.

When you open your penis holster, make sure the words that come out are worth hearing.

Well Danny-boy, you want to open your penis holster so let me lay it down for you. Seven bowls in a row you say? Nice job for Navy but my team had a streak of SIXTEEN consecutive bowl appearances that I can remember, how many does ND have? 9 games lol :/

My team also has 49 bowl appearances, even more than USC, waaay more than your Irish (31), and #3 or #4 all-time I think.

25 bowl wins compared to 15 for your team..510 percentage vs..484 for the Irish.

So maybe you should think before you open that man-pleaser. You can't put together a list of greatest bowl teams without mentioning my team. And we also have 13 Championships in this little conference called the SEC.

Now I will say Notre Dame usually puts together a good schedule, but what's the point of bragging about that when you're losing those games.

What a joke, Try having a schedule every year with Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina now thanks to Spurrier...notice these teams have all been in or are currently in top 5. This is on Tennessee's schedule every single farking year.

And we get Miss State and they're ranked as well, I think we have Texas A&M coming up...that's 6 ranked teams, 4 of them top 5 or top 10. NC State not a bad team either could easily end up ranked.

Your schedule is a freaking joke compared to that.

MORON, We didn't play in Bowl games for nearly 40 years (years in which we were winning National Championships while playing the hardest schedule in the country every year). If we had we would have easily played in and won the most. We have more National Championships, Heisman winners, ALL-AMERICANS, Players in the NFL, Players in the NCAA Football hall of fame and Wins than your wannabe bottom feeder until the 90's team. Learn to read and rely on facts when you are talking smack. You are at best the 6th most relevant team in your conderences history, not even a blip in football as a whole, Yale has more bragging rights than Florida.

Wrong answer, stupid. EVERY YEAR. Its called the 3rd Saturday in October, maybe you should google that. Been going on long before there was an East/West. Continuous since 1928, before that there were a few random off years where they didn't play.

This is such a tradition that even after the East/West split, these two teams still face each other every single year.

This is pretty common knowledge even outside the SEC. One of the bigger rivalries in football history. You must not know very much about college football at all to not know that.

We've been playing out west (USC) since 1926, yeah long before you two next door neighbors, we started playing Michigan in 1887.....there ya go, that is real history, You might be able to talk smack to the previously girls school Florida State Criminals (although they have had fewer arrest that Florida) about your great history but you look like a 1st grader bragging about how high you can count to a MIT Mathematician when comparing your school to Notre Dame.

Danielle, you seem a bit confused here. I'm not a Florida fan. Maybe you should work on your reading comprehension skills. You've just looked like a complete fool throughout this entire thread. Nice job, dummy.

I tell you the schedule (which INCLUDES florida so I can't be a FLA fan)...I tell you the team even...tell you 49 bowl games.(3rd all time) and 13 SEC titles (2nd only to Bama)...then tell you about the 3rd Saturday in October which has been going on since 1901. If it helps, my team has more wins in their current home stadium than any other team in the nation, except for possibly Ga Tech.

Only an idiot would read all of that and still think my team is Florida.

Michigan huh? Pretty sure that only began to be yearly in 1978...huge 35 or so year gap before that and you all skipped a few years even after '78. That makes the ND-UM annual rivalry younger than I am, hell I have vehicles older than that rivalry.

3rd Saturday in October goes back to 1901...that beats your little thing with USC as well.

Bottom line, I have actually seen my team win a national title (BCS) with my own two eyes. You can't say that can you? All you can do is spout off about history. Hahaha. Been a long time since ND won any titles, given how little you know about football, I would guess you weren't even born then...or if you were alive you were like 3-4 and didn't have a clue.

Huh? UGA doesn't have a BCS title, nor do they play Bama every year. I think they have Auburn for a cross division rival. They also don't have 13 SEC titles +2 in the old SoCon or 49 bowl appearances. We're just a bit ahead of them.

They also don't have anything to do with the 3rd Staurday in October.

I already named my team, each year we play Fla, UGA, S.Car, and yes despite what you say...Alabama.

LMAO Tennesse? WOW, ok it would probably be best that you tuck your tail smokey and hope my laughter eventually stops. Should have known that you would have a lot of Florida knowledge, you are the one team that they can always count as a win. My buddy wants to know if you enjoyed the game last night.

By the rocky top, you are one of the reasons that I don't respect Florida being where they are. Just so you know, I am not sold on my own team being in the top 5 but with Florida being there after who they've played I feel a lot better about it.
