I feel the keys are quite simple. USC has a good pass offense against our poor pass defense.
GT has a terrific ground game against a USC team who has never seen the triple option, especially as GT
runs it. Therefore, I see this game as a toss up understanding any thing can happen. Either team could blow out the other or it could come down to the last minute of the game.
Then there is the USC attitude. We should not be here and be playing a 6-7 team. I know SC people are angry about their season and see GT as wimps.
The other side of the coin is we need to win a bowl game and even up our series with USC. I truly do not know who is going to win. Which ever team wants it the most.
My prediction is GT 31, USC 17

The NCAA is taking their sweet time expandiing the BCS and GA Tech, with a 6-7 record is in a Bowl Game. Go figure.
Tech has played a handful of ok games this year, but many more where some high school teams could beat them. All this against weak ACC opponents.
