1 "Brewster is great gang. I hope they extend his contract and give him the raise he so richly deserves. We need more coaches like him." |

Adam Weber is like Daunte Culpepper, both were over-rated and depended on great wide receivers. Weber is only good when he can break out and run, but Fisch has taken that away from him and he looks like he's lost. Both Weber and Culpepper lost their mojo when they lost their great receivers. Let Weber go back to running the ball and he'll also become a better passer again. And the line won't have to protect him while he holds the ball forever.

1 Will tickets be available for the large contingent of Minnesotans who will want to go and see their team lose to East Billings Montana Tech & School of Nursing? Can they find a stadium small enough to handle the crowd - or will a new one need to be built? Tough questions for a tough team. |

Yep, that's right....just keep singing the same old tune. Keep Brewster, and continue to start Weber. That will keep everything the same and how's that working for you? And as a rival thanks for keeping Grey on the bench. Best recruit in the country and you sit him? Wow, how's that working for you?

The lack luster gophers did have the win but it was no victory by any stretch of the imagination, and to be a player and proud of the win, well then, there is not much hope, they apparently do not possess the fight to win spirit, the fire in the belly attitude necessary to win. I get the impression the whole team is made up of the same kids that use to play on little squirt baseball teams growing up, you know, the same kids that would sit in the outfield counting dandelions, you could ask them what the score is and they would have no idea, but they always knew how many dandelions were in the out field grass.
