Hey Al, maybe Mr. Heyward is a little more set in his finances. His pops is an ex NFL player and every college athlete does'nt have an extended family to care for.

This is Heyward's quotes from BuckNuts.com

Heyward met with reporters on Tuesday and discussed the growing speculation that he may leave after this season for the NFL

"I've already thought that I'm coming back for next year," Heyward said. "I want to help this team as much as I can because they've given so much to me. I think you can't even think about (leaving) during the season. You've got so much football to look forward to.

"There's a lot of guys on this team I love, and I want to send them out right. And I can't even think about that right now because I've got to send these seniors out right first."

Heyward, the son of former NFL star Craig “Ironhead” Heyward, is fifth on the team with 36 tackles. He is third in tackles-for-loss (7-1/2) and leads the team in sacks (five).

He and his teammates are geared up to defeat Iowa on Saturday at Ohio Stadium. The winner of that game will clinch a share of the Big Ten title andthe Rose Bowl berth.

"All I'm focused on is Iowa," Heyward said. "We need to beat Iowa."

Cameron doesn't need the money. His dad has plenty of it. Cam should stay and enjoy his senior year. I wouldn't doubt that he already bought a million dollar insurance policy in case his son gets hurt.

I'm so tired of these kind of stories, we see them every year. With the spectre of a career ending injury on every snap of the ball, no one with any common sense is going to turn down NFL $$$ and the opportunity to play professional football.
Yes, Hayward is a great team mate for not wanting to discuss the future while the Buckeyes are in the hunt for a Big Ten title and a trip to the Rose Bowl. But c'mon, if you believe that the kid has made the decision to stay for his senior year, I have a space at the City Center mall that I will sell you real cheap!!!
why so jaded al? this kid won't be the first to opt out of the nfl for one more year of pure football.Jeez I can name at least ten guys at TOSU that stayed for their senior year, rather than make the jump, all they need is an insurance policy, that protects them in case of career ending injury.so rock that senior year cam,we love and we need you.

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Capricorn

Take things slowly and all will be well. However, you must resist a tendency to be perfectionist over things that don't really matter, otherwise you'll never finish the chores. If you're busy with Christmas preparations, you'll have to control a nagging feeling that you've got to compete with the way other people have done things in the past.
