Michael McAdoo to New York Times: UNC wasted my time

Joe Nocera, a New York Times columnist who has expressed his disdain for the NCAA and infrastructure of major college athletics, wrote a column worth reading about Michael McAdoo's academic experience at North Carolina.

What? The Martin report told us that it was completely random that UNC athletes ended up in fake classes. McAdoo and other UNC athletes and personnel are telling us that it was not random? They're telling us that UNC put them in those classes?

UNC cheated to maintain athlete eligibility. Basketball players were also involved.

It is now and will continue to be "rape" for colleges and universities, UNC no different, to exploit athletically talented black kids as "cash cows" for their athletic programs. It is called winning at any cost. And yes, the NCAA knows when to turn a deaf ear.
