Great game. The offense looked impressive and more importantly Golson looks confident and composed all night. Being consistent is the next thing to make off. Proud for the guys and hope they don't let it go to their head.

Hiding, waiting. They are looking for a loss then they will come out and say they knew it, Notre Dame is overrated (even though we beat the teams they previously said we wouldn't), then we'll hear how if we played in a conference we wouldn't be winning (even though we would have a cake walk in the SEC if we had Bama's schedule). It's the same old thing, the say we came into the season overrated, even though we weren't ranked in the top 25 (nevermind how undeserving LSU and Arkansas were with their rankings). Heck LSU is being overrated right now. I am not saying they are the worst team in the SEC or college football but they have done nothing to deserve a top 10 ranking.
Here is what I can say about Notre Dame, they are a good team and have had to earn every thing that they have got. They have been underdogs this season and beat the teams that the "experts" said they wouldn't. They are not perfect and have problems all over the place but they seem to figure out how to play to their strengths and strengthen their weaknesses. We have won enough games and in ways that let me know that we are heading in the right direction and future season are beginning to look very bright.

GO IRISH!!!!!!!

Looks like that so-called tough (LMAO!) scheduled of the Iwish wasn't so tough after all. Is there anyone on that schedule that is a bonafide BCS quality team? Answer: NO! Anyway, good luck down the road against that other waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay overrated team ... the USChicken Trojans. Now, that could really be called the Overrated Bowl! May the best overrated team win! I'm picking the Frightened Iwish!

Dan, I did not see your game (because I was drowning my sorrows) but saw the highlights. Congrats as it really looks like ND is all the way back and I will actually look forward to being the underdog in our upcoming game. I know you think this might sound arrogant, but my gut feeling is we STILL will (upset) win by two touchdowns. We are at home against one of our big rivals, so we had better utilize both Lee and Woods to their maximum capacity. Of course if we make a bunch of bonehead turnovers like we did against AU, I would expect your boys to capitalize and the outcome could be much different...

I don't think it is arrogant, it could be spot on, it is a rivalry game and we are on the road. It is winnable for us and I have said that all year but just as before I have never said that it is a lock. I don't think Pitt, Boston College or Wake Forrest are a lock, I just think it is reasonable to say that we are better than them. Yall have everything to gain with a win over us and that makes yall more dangerous. We better play like it's the last game we ever get to play and not take USC for granted because they are good enough to beat us. It has happened before many times to both teams when they have had a great season ended by the other. I look forward in whipping yalls ass.

Haven't figured out if I want yall to win yet or not. I know I want us to win and not fall in the trap, just not sure if I want Bama to lose. I've never felt right about hoping a team loses to help yourself, seems like something you should do on your own.

> Coach Artie wants LSU to win! It wouldn't help LSU much in the BCS standings if the undefeated teams keep winning, but, it would definitely help Oregon, Notre Dame, and Kansas State. Heck, it's not wrong to want another team to lose if it helps your team move up. It's human nature in The Coach's book! We'll find out tomorrow night, if Bama is as good as advertised.
