Big 12: Replay correctly upheld disputed play
The Big 12 says its officials got it right. Or at least, there wasn't indisputable evidence showing they got it wrong.

They obviously didn't see the the same replay that I saw. BEFORE he was DOWN by contact, or BEFORE the whistle blew, the ISU payer with the ball was about 3 steps toward his goal line. I pure and simple refusal do do what was right. Even after the loose interference call against ISU that kept TU in possession it was obvious who was being helped TU be a winner. To save MACK BROWN, too little tooo late. The reply official should be suspended indefinitely.

I recorded the game. The whistle clearly blew the play dead before the fumble on the live broadcast. Replay had the whistle after the fumble. Apparently, the booth had the live feed replay. There is more than one whistle so each caught different officials which give different interpretations of when the play was over.
