YEAH! I always check in with Jason Cole form Yahoo news!!!! He is a very well known pundit and probably the top rated draft guru around. That is great that he just so happened to think the vikings did so well... that way you don't have to search for some "no name" pundit to agree with you. SUPER!

Hey we should keep score on what the pundits grade our teams, which sites should we include? Where do we draw the line (yahoo might be a good spot) Should we use "All sites" or just those that have the Vikings grader higher than the Packers? How FUN!

Ok BP I got started with our list of Grading the NFL Draft and added to your “Yahoo Expert” you lised earlier.

Both teams do pretty well grade wise.

For the record none of this means anything to me. These guys have not played a single down in the NFL and it takes years to see if the draft was any good. But who wants to wait years? When we can have fun now!

So just for fun here are some draft grades I have found from some regular NFL news sites (no bleacher report stuff) Let me know if you have others you would like to use.

It usually takes a few years like you said,id like to see Minnesota's kick returner/punt returner/developmental WR from Tennesee in a few years to see how he progressed.Minn. gave up 4 picks for him,so, we can see if it was worth the trade or not
and YES
i did the same thing with the Favre pick traded to NE so im not picking on Minnesota,,im curious to see how it works out.

You have apprciate MNs aggresvie move though, they liked the guy and went for it. If works out nobody will care about the picks, if it doesn't nobody really knows who they would have taken anyway. In this case hind sight won't be 20/20 anyway.

Some (including me) would question giving up all those picks in a very deep draft on a guy with some question marks, but who knows, and we should leave it to pros... we are not GMs.

No, I just didn't see a grade listed for the teams, were they rated somehow? Maybe I missed it. Please add it to the list. I wasn't trying to hide it if that is what you are implying, I just said this is all for fun and doesn't really matter....I don't care much about it, I thought you did.

If you would like to share more grades or other ratings please feel free to add them, NFL.com rating link would be great!

We really didnt end up giving up that much.We traded a second round for a first. So we gave up was a third and 4th and seventh but we got the seventh back when we traded back I think it was in the 5th round. We got the same seventh back we had so in the end we gave a 3rd and a fourth. We never gave up a second cause we got a first instead. The first from the Harvin trade was used on Rhodes.

You are only a wishful thinker and have a silly habit of reporting only the bad info on each Packer draftee and not the whole picture. Maybe it makes you happier to HOPE they will suck. Others have said he is going to tear it up and be the biggest impact draftee of all the teams next year (ESPN Todd McShay NFL Draft expert).

Each draftee has ups and downs. I could say Patterson is 'dump as a box of hair’ and can't 'run routes' but I don't need to try and drag other teams choices through the mud to make me feel better. Time will answer all questions. I am very happy with the Packers draft and hope for a strong running game. I like the 1-2 punch that has been added.
What do think a strong running game for the Packers means? What will change?

We play allot of teams that run the ball and pass.Doesnt scare me.Of course I support my team against others especially our main enemy.I just think Ted Thompson gets more credit than he deserves. All these articles I read give Thompson credit for what a guru he is on finding talent in the late rounds at wide receiver.I dont rememeber the Packers having any good recievers from the late rounds.Boykin has 5 receptions for 27 yards. All youre starters are second and third round. So where are these great late round recievers? The Packers are still a good team but the gap is closing.Youre running game will be better but I think youre going to drop off in the passing game. You dont have the 5-6 reciever sets you used to.
