Too much Rice for BSU

Full story: The Indianapolis Star

Ball State went into its football game against Rutgers on Saturday with great respect for two things its opponent could do at a high level: run the ball and pressure the quarterback.

Sure Boilermaker...

Way to squeak out a win against Central Michigan. PU's Christmas present came a day late!

wow.... an indianapolis native is the leading scorer for the cards in his first bowl game appearance as a true freshman, and he's not even included in your article? Ian McGarvey, a true freshman from center grove, was 3/3 of field goals in the first half alone from 47, 32, and 24 yards.

Great season for the Cardinals! The improvements this team has made in the past year have been incredible. Anyone who says different is probably just ignorant to the facts.

Boilermaker, its people like you that give PU a bad name.

GO Cards!

While I was at BSU, we broke the nation's longest losing streak. To watch the team go from that to a bowl game is a nice change. I was at the game, and I'll admit, it was ugly. There were some bright spots, as noted, the kicking game was good. Davis had a decent game despite being pressured almost every single play. Love looked good, able to get the yards after the catch. With the young team BSU has, hopefully we will see them improve next year. Its nice to see that the star actually acknowleged that Indiana has another school outside the big three, BSU might be just a few wins from some real coverage...

A good fan-- The Indy Star has to be at the game to cover it to make the local tie on Ian McGarvey. Since they only cover I EWE and PU, they just pulled the story off of the AP from someone who was actually at the game.

Daily Horoscope for January 7

Sagittarius

If you have any worries or problems today, a close colleague could have the answers you seek. Work will be satisfying, and anything to do with children should be very rewarding today. There could be friction with a relative, but it's nothing serious and things will sort themselves out in due course. Again, you must pay attention to your health, Saggitarius: skin infections are a strong possibility at the moment.
