TU Defeats Ball State To Win GMAC Bowl

Tulsa raced through the rain to another GMAC Bowl win and a couple more records, too.

I thought it was a great game and send congrats to TU, they did an outstanding job. I think Ball State and everybody else thought TU was going to be a pushover. Guess TU showed them!!

I would like to congratulate Coach Graham and the University of Tulsa for a fine season. If the job at OSU comes open I wish he would consider it. I think he could help OSU in a bowl game. Osu did have a good season. They only lost to the two Texas teams and the mighty POWERHOUSE fron NORMAN.
