Good article. If it is an untapped market it looks like we broke the seal. We will have to replenish on a faster cycle but as long as we can do that it looks better from not only a "readiness to contribute" standpoint but also from a talent standpoint. We have some GREAT athletes in this class. I would remind any of those against this strategy that there are many different ways to get things done..........so we need to give it chance before we decide whether it worked or not.
