Adam Homan and Zack Boren should be in the backfield 3 yards behind the Qb. It's time to run the big guys to set up the pass. Put Pryor at split end and see how the inside game will open up.

I have felt for years...YEARS....that our offense was at the mercy of an effective offensive line. This year...yes they are young and getting shuffled around, but we were encouraged to think that Boren and the Brew Crew guys were top flight. Maybe they are, but now I am concerned that their psyche is in pieces and they may have a hard time rebounding as the heart of the schedule approaches. Terrelle HAS to get his act together in terms of ball protection, but until his line plays like a really decent one, he and we are in trouble. Go Bucks!

So, how soon should we readers be expecting the Wolfe family to give yous two the ok to begin writing columns detailing & describing the terms of Tressel's contract in case of a buyout because of retirement, unforced or by firing, what viable replacements as head coach are out there, etc.?

The "book" on defending Ohio State is out. Put eight men in the box and attack upfield. Bracket the outside to prevent Pryor getting loose to the sideline. Think of the 1980s Bears 46 defense which was eventually neutralized by "West Coast" or "spread" offenses using a short passing game. You can't run into the teeth of that defense - just too many people to effectively block. So Tressel's plan was to throw but his QB has almost no ability to accurately complete a pass under pressure. The Buckeyes are not going to find any success until we can complete those passes. Expect more of the same in weeks to come.

How many yards rushing did the running threat TP have on Sat? Why didn't he run instead of throwing the long interception? A few runs by the running threat might also take some pressure off the struggling offensive line.

COme on..do not forget about the rel talent that is being wasted on the offensive line. Talk about coahcing changes..time for the line coach to start colelcting unemployment like the 10% of other Ohioians. They have no choice but to mix it up n the line and start making these players fight for the right to be there. I was certainly unimpressed by Pryors ability to keep cool and 4 turnovers tells the story. This isn;t the first time we have seen this from this guy, but this is his second season!!!1 Questions is can he handle the pressure now or ever? Pryor, if you ever want to see the NFL you better man up. Tressel, statitically your a great coach, but we have seen more then one coach lose their jobs here at OSU with remarkable stats and records. IT is about championships, winning the games we should win and keeping your players in line. This is a odd place to play college ball, these players are treated better then NFL player and are younger..get a grip before it is too late. They looked dismal out there, unfocused and a problem other coaches ahve had here at OSU.

Well I hate to see what is happening but, happy because our worst fears will not be realized. Our worst fears would be if we win out and are Big Ten Co-Champions again and for kicks they put us in a BCS bowl against Boise State!?!?! Need I Continue!?!?!?!

So when is the media going to start doing their job and stop eating out of Jim Tressel's hand?

Make him anwer the questions other than: yes, no and Im not sure. Quit laughing at his corny jokes.

Stop playing the friend role and do your job.

Tressel has to go. He is inept and those folksy press conferences are wearing thin. He is extracting a huge amount of money from OSU and is close to damaging the program for years to come, especially with the emergence of UC. Not that I count for much, but I am not renewing my tickets until he is gone. Go after Gruden.

Is it too late to schedule a game w/ Younstown or maybe a tougher team like Cincinatti Moeler?

I expect big losses against PSU, Iowa, and probably Michigan. Hopefully, New Mexico State doesn't embarrass us at home.

I don't know about getting Gruden, but Jeff Fisher might be available...

Pryors mechanics are terrible! Throwing off balance, falling backwards, slinging it near but not close enough to catch.... He just does NOT look comfortable throwing the ball.
Give Bauserman a chance for God's sake! do something DIFFERENT!

This is not a good team by any measure. I have the pleasure of living in the heart of Gator country so I get to hear how bad we are every week. Terelle Pryor may have been a great high-shcool QB but he would not make the roster at any school in Florida at that position. Sometimes you just have to cut your losses and move on.

Three more regular season losses are probable. Pryor is "total panic" and a "terrell-ible passer." Gotta give Bauserman and Seims a look. Line up in the "I" and run some old Woody Hayes type option. Saine needs 25 touches per week.

What's up with Pryor's passing. He continually throws lob balls, and mostly off his back foot. Every other name QB steps into the throw and rockets them.

Coach Tressel Needs To Bench Terrelle Pryor. This Is Embarrassing. This Kid Is Showing NO Improvements. Give Bauserman A Chance !! Believe Me, He Can't Do Any Worse Than Pryor. Oh Ya, OSU's Offensive Line Coach Needs To Be Fired !!! How Can You Constantly Recruit 4 & 5 Star Lineman & When They Come To OSU They Stink ?? It's The Coaching.. Tressel Needs To Hire An Offensive Coordinator Cuz He Sucks At Calling Play's !!! Sorry For Sounding So Mad, I'm Just Sick Of Watching A Below Average QB Get All The Chances In The World w/NO Consequences When He Consistently Play's BAD !!

Can't tell of you how happy I am that OSU "won" the signing battle over TP. Our freshmen are much more impressive. TP has made absolutely no progress in his maturity as a quarterback. Those balls that he throws up for grabs are ridiculous. I am really surprised that OSU is still in the top 25. Good luck.
