In one post you call the back up quarterback names (takes a big man) in the next, it is not the O line it is terrible coaching a play calling. The only thing Bi is your polarness.

Just a few things I saw.

1) The need to play Hall and Berry @ rb.

2) I believe TP is hurt worse than they are letting on.

3) Moeller is a huge loss if out for the season.

4) AGAIN back to the conservative play calling.

5) Put Saine @ receiver. Good hands, great speed, but not a power rb.

6) At least give Guiton a chance @ qb.

7) Carlos Hyde on short yardage downs. This kid is a LOAD!

My two posts, I see consistency with bashing our coaching and sticking up for our players and Bauserman is lousy as he proved during the spring game and every other time he's been in the game! However you are correct, I shouldn't have referred to Bauserman as Louseyman. If Bauserman is our backup because JT thinks he won't make stupid errors compared to Frosh Guitan, that's already not the case as proven by that stupid INT he threw. I've copied both my posts below:

As usual Tim, start the "offensive line" problem chant. The constants in OSU, JT and Bollman. Different guys that all perform in HS and the pros but take a verbal lashing from the fans at OSU. The problem is Tressel and Bollman's atrocious play calling and our lack of identity on offense! Pryor goes down, we're done! Bauserman should change his name to Louseyman! Is straight up the gut really the best way to utilize Saine? Thank God Herron got the ball enough that he started getting in a rythym and bouncing the ball outside! We load up one side on short down plays when we should have a balanced line. The 4th and short giveme the officials literally gave us, we had 5 guys trying to block 7 defensive players. It was obvious where we were running. How's 5 guys supposed to stop 7 guys? TRESSLE IS AN IDIOT WHEN IT COMES TO PUTTING TOGETHER AN OFFENSE. I don't want to play Alabama this year. They will wear out our defense and make the Big 10 look bad again! We have too much talent for such a mediocre offense. It's fine and dandy when playing bi-directional state schools and local Ohio whipping posts. I hope our defense is up to the task as usual because in the big games they won't be able to depend on that offense!

We don't have a weak O' line, we have weak play calling, no identity on offense and quite a bit of predictability! I hate the fact that since JT's been our coach, year in and year out, our O' line takes abuse. The constant has been JT and Bollman, not the players!

For those assuming Alabama would crush OSU, how impressed were you last week when the Tide barely got by a one-dimensional Arkansas team that had barely beaten a horrible Georgia team the week before? No team shines every week. The key is wins.

Alabama will crush Ohio State. After this Purdue debacle there's no way they'll get through November without at least 1 or 2 more losses. The Buckeyes stand no chance against Oregon in the Rose Bowl; Masoli can't be stopped.

Every time Bauserman gets in he looks like a deer in headlights. I know Tresselball is all about senority, but it's time to see Kenny Guiton.

They barely defeated a team that is by my official power rankings, last in all of college football. Illinois is that bad. Peeee Yeww I smell Bugeye Nation desperation. Did any of ya'll read the postings after the game here on the Dispatch? If so, have you ever read anything more sad and pathetic? Heck, many of you posted and you should be ashamed of yourselves. The anger. The desperation. The loss of hope. The turning away from a team you supposedly love. The hatred of a coach that is now in full blown rage. Shame Shame Shame on you. Thankfully the ready made excuses are falling into place for Bugeye Nation. So you can have the woulda coulda shoulda's to fall back on. You know it. I know it.

Until the Buckeyes lose, they're going to remain in the top 3, so why worry about style points. Winning is EVERYTHING!!!! Tressel is either going to let Pryor throw more this week or go back into a clock-using run game to keep Indiana's offense off the field while Pryor heals. Either way, our defense should keep Indiana under 20 points that will in sure a win. It's not all gloom and doom. The main thing is to keep Pryor healing and have him ready for Wisconsin. GO BUCKS!!!!
I'm not certain about remaining in the top 3 even if we win out. The media loves Oregon (again) and has never given up on Boise. Its a hate thng that hurts our Buckeyes.

A talented, huge offensive line is not performing all that well. The running game is not sufficient to beat any big defensive power teams. The play calling is inexcusable: I damn near kicked in my TV looking at the up the middle Tressel ball, especailly playing out of lousy field position (need a real punter also!). Herron is a hard runner, given the right plays and blocking, but agree we need to see Hall who shows some real flashes of brilliance. Berry needs to play also; both can possibly make a real running attack possible-not just relying on an injured Pryor.Saine is talented as a receiver-but not as a straight line runner.Pryor needs some help-badly. It's a shame to risk him by overdepending on his running. Keep that threat and allow him to use his judgement to run, but take the pressure off him with better running plays and perhaps, using the younger backs like Hall,Berry.

The sharks are circling now after seeing Pryor go done and what happened in his absence. Moeller gone for the year, some others dinged up. It could be a rocky road from here on in.

As for Oregon, those *ucks don't deserve to be #3, let alone get into an NC game.

Ahhh Dear Old (or young) 3B. I don't believe for one minute that you're Narcissistic .
Or do I??? Anyway, I've finally decided I can't skip over your posts now. They all say the same thing differently. Maybe you can come up with something old in a newer way.
You might not like it but it is fact. You know it, I know it and everyone else knows it.
Oh between you and me.... How's your golf game going????? Bingo old boy..
Oh, got to say something about my Buckeyes. You're my team regardless of what old BBBB says. Yes you're the 4 B's now.
B4 huh? The addition of Bingo to my trademarked name?????? I might have to go all Big 10 conference on yo azz and speak to my legal team. Consider this a cease and desist notification. I am BBB. Period. The addition of the 4th B, which is evidently Bingo is an attempt on your part to steal market share from my established brand. I will very soon have a web site with insider subscriptions, apparel, etc. The brand will be protected. Gotta protect my paper.
This thread has so quickly proven my point. You know it. I know it. Let the trashing of your coaching, players, and each other continue. Drive Drive On Down The Field!!!!!!
I am anticipating the Bollman and Tressel burning effigies. That is a classic that has been proven to be so effective over the years in so many different places. Let your voices be heard. This cannot stand Bugeye Nation!!!!! Unite in your hatred of the status quo of Bugeye coaching schemes!!!!! Only you can save yourselves!!!!! The team needs you!!!!!! Who loves the Bugeyes enough to do what needs done!!!!! Who loves them enough to start booing Bugeye Coaching loud and clear at the game???? Tressel and Bollman must understand the error of their ways. Open their eyes Bugeye Nation!!!! Whew!!!! That is good stuff. lol.

Caring Friend to Bugeye Nation and it's underappreciated passionate fringe that is psychologically unhinging while it's team is still undefeated. ROFL!!!!!!

Look! You people like Billy Bong and some of you other stiffs, when you comment, at least know what your talking about.
The talent is here. The O-line trouble has been with the coaching. PERIOD.
This problem has been here since Tress brought Bollman to OSU.
He is terrible. THe blocking schemes are terrible.
People know that who are within the program.
Quite frankley, except for Fickell, the entire staff is rotten.
Saturday was an example of coaching that gets in the way of the talent level.
SABAN is a coach who utilizes his talent.
Alabama, I'm afraid, would crush the Bucks, should they even make it that far.
If Tressel Ball continues, they may see a Rose Bowl. Maybe!
Oh, Pryor isn't going anywhere after this season.
If he should, it certainly won't be at QB.
Yes, I know we got problems. No doubt about it. Yes,we will more than likely see Tressel ball most of the season. Yes, I agree it would appear that there are changes that need to be made, but, The Vest or OSU sure won't listen to me. Yes, I would really like to see the Buckeyes go all the way. Especially those of us in North Carolina and the other SEC and ACC states who hear all the trash that's said about us. BUT, I don't get paid by OSU for any reason including a football salary, so therefore am not going to get up tight about things or get high blood pressure worring about them.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT:..Perhaps, just perhaps we are not the ones who don't know what we're talking about. Most every thing on these posts are purely a matter of opinion.

Old Billy BBB....It took me a while to understand he's pulling our chain. I'll whoop it to him every chance I get but it will be in fun and not mean natured.

I wish they had a coaches poll for coaching staffs -- that would be eye opening indeed. This staff continues to cost us at least 1-2 games with their dumbed-down offense and lack of cahones. Besides the crap performance, two things from Sat. stand out in this regard:(1) Pryor's reaction to the sideline when Tress called a third and 6 or 7 play in the 4th quarter; and (2) the plays Tress called after successfully going for it on 4th and 1 in the 4th quarter. Pryor was visibly disgusted and angry on the first, as he should have been because it was a classic "white flag" run. On the second, Tress goes for it, as if he's going to go get 6 points come hell or high water and is rewarded for his risk with another set of downs. Yet he then calls 3 straight feeble, predictable runs for 1-2 yards of gain, as if he's playing for the field goal he just passed up. That seems almost bi-polar in retrospect. There may be no program in Div. I/FBS history that has done so little offensively with so much, and the unassailable proof is that WE'VE AVERAGED 8.5 OUT OF 11 TEAMS IN THE CONFERENCE IN TOTAL and PASSING OFFENSE DURING HIS TENURE! With that talent, an offensive guru like Urban Meyer, Chris Petersen or even Saban could be running hog wild. Don't get me completely wrong: Tress is a great person, a great teacher and a great head coach, but he needs to understand that -- at best -- he's an average FBS offensive coordinator. I pray every day that he does hire someone, so the Polyannas on these threads can finally see what they've been missing all along.

I'm a diehard Buckeye and when we lose games we should win, it drives me crazy. But this game we WON. Every good team still has off-days, and if a team can still squeak out a win on such days, be glad. Even last year, the Purdue loss....that one we weren't so lucky. So I'm thinking "whew, escaped with a W" and glad to be 5-0 and in control of our destiny to win out.

SC Stewart & Sheenie:

Did the baseless prediction comparison between now and last season really go over your heads? It wasn't aimed all that high.

After one tough game in windy conditions on the road, we're hearing the same kind of "we stand no chance" predictions we heard after Purdue last year.

The Bucks need some new running plays, given the Pryor situation, that, not only haven't defenses and opposing coaches seen--they wouldn't have the slightest idea how to react to--example: Double wing formation, a la Duffy Daugherty's 50's great MSU scatback teams, with one of the two best running backs taking a direct snap and keeping, passing, or handing off.

This would also be the last kind of thing opposition would expect from the sometimes too-predictable Bucks, and why it would work very well--lets bring back some useful imagination, especially now, with so many strong teams out there, and 'Bama with two gamebreaking running backs and a QB who hasn't lost a game he's started in since the eighth grade, and then only by two points!

Go Bucks!

I never question a coach and his play calling...They aren't in the comfort of a couch and see replays of plays like we do...He is field level and working with seconds to respond....no its execution what is wrong and without a dominant O-Line which OSU hasn't had for years its not going to happen...Hell against Ohio if it was anybody other than Pryor back there it would have been an ugly 8 sacks or more against them...
PS...Illinois is a tough place to play because of wind and you have to be more conservative and run the ball more...which they did poorly until the 4th quarter

Below PAR,
Who will beat OSU in November? And news flash Mr. Current Events, Masoli is playing in the SEC with H. Nutt. There's this new show that is on 24 hours, its called ESPN, it would help if you tuned in. That way you won't be embarrased when you tell your friends that they should hand the ball off to Archie more.
