Da Bugeyes are destined for a swift fall from the upper perches of college football power. All hope is lost.
They barely defeated a team that is by my official power rankings, last in all of college football. Illinois is that bad. Peeee Yeww I smell Bugeye Nation desperation. Did any of ya'll read the postings after the game here on the Dispatch? If so, have you ever read anything more sad and pathetic? Heck, many of you posted and you should be ashamed of yourselves. The anger. The desperation. The loss of hope. The turning away from a team you supposedly love. The hatred of a coach that is now in full blown rage. Shame Shame Shame on you. Thankfully the ready made excuses are falling into place for Bugeye Nation. So you can have the woulda coulda shoulda's to fall back on. You know it. I know it.

Not sure the people you're targeting will get sarcasm... but nice post.

Also, I thought the O line made a real adjustment late. When everyone knew OSU would run, they rammed the ball down Illi's throats. In the NFL a 24-13 win is considered very good on the road. If you want in-conference blowouts every week move to Boise Idaho.

Tressels goodship lollipop approach to college football is showing in our WEAK,SOFT O-line. We are a false ranked number 2 team if there ever was one.

I already look forward to another embarrassing loss in a bowl game this year, i do not like Tressels "Be afraid" game calling,..the players sense it and get tight.

Late adjustments....hahahahahaha... what a homer you are....lets see how this fat and soft O-line does on the road against wisky and Iowa, Ohio State is GROSSLY overrated.

Coach plays scared and the O-line is MAC level at Best!!!

He get's paid to win games. Guess what, that is exactly what the Buckeyes do. When they were healthy and the defense played 8 in the box, the Buckeyes threw the ball all over the place. People on here were griping that the Bucks did not have a 100 yard rusher. This game, the Buckeyes had to deal with the wind, a quarterback on one leg and a stout defensive line. The Buckeyes made the adjustments and ran the ball down their throats the last half of the game. It seems if the game is played one way, the fake fans want it called the other way. Winning every game will give the Buckeyes the Big 10 Championship and a spot in Glendale. Others will lose, it happens every year. As far as another another Bowl loss, Tressell is 5-3 in BCS games. I am sure that record would be better if you were coaching.

Yes, Bauserman made a dumb mistake but he has had very little playing time and none when it really counted. I still think he can do a decent fill-in job if he gets the playing time. Is he another Terrelle? No. Who is? Look how long it was before Terrelle starting completing passes with any consistency. Guiton is also a good athlete who can contribute. As good as Terrelle is, this quad injury may force us to develop a real offense.

Ahhh Dear Old (or young) 3B. I don't believe for one minute that you're Narcissistic .
Or do I??? Anyway, I've finally decided I can't skip over your posts now. They all say the same thing differently. Maybe you can come up with something old in a newer way.

No, 4-3 in BCS games. Larry Coker, Charlie Weiss and Chip Kelly had a combined 1 year of previous head coaching experience at any level.

OSU has been winning lots of games for 75 years. Maybe OSU can pay somebody to finally beat coaches like Petey, Mack, and Urban. God bless the MAC, though.

Look! You people like Billy Bong and some of you other stiffs, when you comment, at least know what your talking about.
The talent is here. The O-line trouble has been with the coaching. PERIOD.
This problem has been here since Tress brought Bollman to OSU.
He is terrible. THe blocking schemes are terrible.
People know that who are within the program.
Quite frankley, except for Fickell, the entire staff is rotten.
Saturday was an example of coaching that gets in the way of the talent level.
SABAN is a coach who utilizes his talent.
Alabama, I'm afraid, would crush the Bucks, should they even make it that far.
If Tressel Ball continues, they may see a Rose Bowl. Maybe!
Oh, Pryor isn't going anywhere after this season.
If he should, it certainly won't be at QB.

It doesn’t take a genius to see that Bauserman has seen lots of real game situations. He not only has been in the system for a while and had precious playing time, but he should be making better decisions because he is an older, more mature person.
This offense needs another weapon and that means Guiton, even if he only throws it twice a game.

I agree totaly. The talent is definatly there and I think Tress is a good coach but some on the staff are not.As for bollman look at the o-line prospects that get drafted real late and then turn out to be pretty good in the pros.Bollman can not coach or call plays he is very predictable and if Tress.doesnt overide him thats looks bad for Tress. The Bucks have the talent to be stomping the crap out of some people not just mac schools but then look weak and not ready to play...Thats coaching folks I believe the Bucks. are overated and would put them about 6 or 7 I would not want to watch them play Bama,I live in the SEC and watch there games it would not be pretty.Yes Bama had to come from behind to be Ark.But I think Ark. would beat our beloved bucks I hate it but its the truth or at least my Opinion wich isnt worth much.Ther is still time to improve and I pray they do ....GO...BUCKS.

The offense needs other dimensions, other weapons. Take the redshirt off Ty Williams or have Saine line up at WR a lot more. The offense has only one dependable WR in Sanzenbacher. Posey is not as big-time as fans believe. Jordan Hall should get Saine's carries if Saine becomes more of a WR. Use Carlos Hyde in red zone/short yardage situations.

Take a real good look at the run were Terrelle Pryor "stumbled." There was quite a cloud of dust where he last planted his foot. Is it possible he stepped in a hole or worse, a hole that had been improperly fixed by the grounds crew?

Tim , Why are you asking us about Jordan Hall. Youre the media guy with press access to the coach. Instead of the softball questions why not ask why we start a running back that averages 1.8ypc vs Illinois ? Why are your most talented backs on the bench ?

Do your job

The **** was supposed be "a h*le" which evidently the software thought this was foul language. I understand, but it was supposed to only describe a soft indented spot on the field not a curse of anything.

If OSU wins out

Fear not, Buckeye fans, about the teams below OSU in the polls. From here on, if OSU wins out, they will have beaten several top 25 teams in the coming weeks (Iowa, Wisconsin, Penn State, and Michigan). Oregon's remaining schedule doesn't have as many highly-ranked teams, so even if Oregon wins out, they will not catch an OSU team that's already ahead of them.

So the mission is simple...win all the rest of the games, even if by small margins (remember the 2002 team that won the national title...lots of close wins), and don't worry about anything else.

Not going to be easy. I'm just saying, there's no need to worry about the polls from here on, if OSU keeps winning.

Until the Buckeyes lose, they're going to remain in the top 3, so why worry about style points. Winning is EVERYTHING!!!! Tressel is either going to let Pryor throw more this week or go back into a clock-using run game to keep Indiana's offense off the field while Pryor heals. Either way, our defense should keep Indiana under 20 points that will in sure a win. It's not all gloom and doom. The main thing is to keep Pryor healing and have him ready for Wisconsin. GO BUCKS!!!!

As usual Tim, start the "offensive line" problem chant. The constants in OSU, JT and Bollman. Different guys that all perform in HS and the pros but take a verbal lashing from the fans at OSU. The problem is Tressel and Bollman's atrocious play calling and our lack of identity on offense! Pryor goes down, we're done! Bauserman should change his name to Louseyman! Is straight up the gut really the best way to utilize Saine? Thank God Herron got the ball enough that he started getting in a rythym and bouncing the ball outside! We load up one side on short down plays when we should have a balanced line. The 4th and short giveme the officials literally gave us, we had 5 guys trying to block 7 defensive players. It was obvious where we were running. How's 5 guys supposed to stop 7 guys? TRESSLE IS AN IDIOT WHEN IT COMES TO PUTTING TOGETHER AN OFFENSE. I don't want to play Alabama this year. They will wear out our defense and make the Big 10 look bad again! We have too much talent for such a mediocre offense. It's fine and dandy when playing bi-directional state schools and local Ohio whipping posts. I hope our defense is up to the task as usual because in the big games they won't be able to depend on that offense!

We don't have a weak O' line, we have weak play calling, no identity on offense and quite a bit of predictability! I hate the fact that since JT's been our coach, year in and year out, our O' line takes abuse. The constant has been JT and Bollman, not the players!
