It's becoming evident that Tom Brady actually made Weis instead of what all the pundits claimed earlier.

Looks like the reputation has carried him as far as it possibly could and now its' limitations have been exposed.

He may be a great assistant or QB guru but don't see him as a great motivator of men which is a big key for the HC at the college level.
