Perhaps JC used poor judgment, but to think that ND students who are under the age of 21 don't drink is absurd. I don't fault Brian's report, because I believe it has been accurately reported. That is quite different from the two online articles by another reporter in an Indiana newspaper.

Once, again, he driving someone who was of age to the liquor store previously. And now he was at a party that had alcohol there but there are no pictures of him holding a drink or taking a drink. get off his ass people, he is a 20 year old in college and to this date has done nothing wrong that can yet be proven.
