As a Gopher fan, I watched the game and to me the Gophers didn't give up and played there hearts out throughout. But, mistakes on offense played a huge role in the game today. The score could of been a lot higher then 34-21

As an OSU alum and Gopher Fan the Gophers today played with heart and hung in there with the Buckeyes. Yes, the Gophers had some tactical errors etc. and they lost but the Gophers still have promise for a winning season. It's hard to beat the Buckeyes in their home stadium with 100,000+ fans. The season isn't over yet. Go Gophers!!!

That's what occurs when the Gophers play a team other than a division 5 team.

I coaches youth soccer and always had winning teams and one thing I did was to challange stronger teams, NOT weaker teams!

Gopher football is indeed a joke.

4-0 against in essence HS teams.

I thought the gophers showed improvement, and in my opinion are going to be a much better team when they move into there new stadium. Give Brewster a chance and I thing recruiting will come much easier when they play on campus.

Where is all the great speed we were told the Gophers had this year? The Gophers D was slow slow slow! Typical pathetic performance against OSU who now leads the series 41-7-what a disgrace!!

Did anyone really expect them to go from 1-11, last year, to beating Ohio State, on the road, this year? They're beating the teams they should beat, and, hey, they scored 21 points against OSU! Give them credit where they deserve it, and hold the criticism for when they really let you down.

Ohio State isn't even a elite team after getting pounded 35-3 by USC. This game was 34-6 after the starters left the game so please don't consider Minnesota competitive in this game. Brewster has a long way to go before he can consider this team as good as a Mason team.

On to the IU game and there will be no confusion what a loss in that game would mean.

If they dont beat IU this week they may not win again this year!
