Longhorn Starting QB 2011: Picking Your Horse From Ash, McCoy, Gilbert & Wood

The interest in the Longhorn QB race has been palpable, fueled mostly by the emergence of freshman QB David Ash who is one part badass, two parts cipher, and powered by Alpha Wolf Jesus fire.

Boomer you guys won your first Bowl game in a decade and it was against UCONN. We had a losing season in transition, it happens!! Gilbert shouldn't even be in the conversation to be the starter. He sucked last year and already threw 2 picks and only got one 1st down in the scrimmage. McCoy should be the starter and Ash and Wood should be competing for it.

We already know Ou is just gonna choke like always but anyway Ash needs to get a shot at qb. He definetly has the physical tools to be successful and hes a leader and has the swagger that brown wants back in the team.
