Now, Now josh. The hill is a bit steep especially with a new defensive scheme, but all we Miner Fans can hope is that the players have done their homework and can pull off an upset two years in a row. Could be entertaining and a high scoring affair.

I can not wait until UTEP beats UT-Ghetto. Houston is over rated and will be exposed on Friday. Instead of the coogs they should be called the noogs. That is how ghetto they are. GO MINERS!!!!

Peter, watch out there !!
Who knows what will happen. The Cougars have a lot of growing to do, but there is need to go calling those fine boys names, ya hear!
Miners, well for EP's sake, I hope they play well.
UTEP is gaining respect and should build on the season they had last year. I for one think the game will be a good.

@PeteSmith : "UT-Ghetto", "noogs"??? What does that mean???
@anthony: last weeks game was a sell out, expect tomorrow to be also, you couldn't sell 32K for your game last week. most students don't have money, and all student tix are gone, so they gave tix to get them in. End of year, we will be in the Championship hunt, ranked, talked about nationally, and no one will care about UTEP outside UTEP

So whats El Paso's excuse for not selling out the Sun Bowl?

What's the excuse for barely getting 30,000 on a season opener

Stick around, lets see how long the attendance and support sticks around in that town.

Typical bandwagoners

I cant tell you about this game, but one thing I can tell you is Houston should be able to run up about 400 passing yards and 35 points on UCLA in two weeks

GO USC
GO HOUSTON

Thanks but no bowl visit for us the next two years. But our goal is to still remain competitive and even try and win up to 10 games this year

FIGHT ON
