Bret Bielema leaving Wisconsin for Arkansas is a loss for the Big Ten and Ohio State

Dec 4, 2012 | Posted by: roboblogger | Full story: The Plain Dealer

The Big Ten lost a good coach and Ohio State lost a great villain Tuesday when Wisconsin coach Bret Bielema bolted for Arkansas when everyone thought he was just getting his Badgers ready for a third straight Rose Bowl.

The SEC is feeding off the B10 (John L Smith, Meyer, Saban, LSU, Holtz, etc.).

The NCAA has yet to really touch the SEC. Now money, personnel, prestige, great recruits, TV, exposure, myths, etc. will surround the SEC.

The B10 must turn this around by first kicking the NCAA out or die painfully not doing so! Then pay and maintain great headcoaching thinkers to head the programs. Do not yield to EOE rules. At the player level focus on speed, strength, thinking, team concept, deception, camouflage, etc. And destroy any SEC team you run into (no mercy rule).

Bielema, Schmielema. The guy couldn't win unless he was at Camp Randall or playing some doormat at their house. Good riddance, I say.

Yes...looks like there are some very good teams out there. Bama, Oregon, LSU, Clemson, Georgia, FSU, OSU.....who ever has it together at the right time could take home the prize. Check in later in the season Artie. Good Luck!

Artie, Florida State looks like a dominant team...and I am a proud alumni this morning. Sorry about LSU....Ole Miss has had a strong defense all season and unfortunately, their offense finally got their act together against you. Your QB..not real mobile...so that takes a dimension out of the attack. Kadron Boone is from here in Ocala. Oh well, Johnny Football finally met his demise....against AUBURN? Buckeyes have an offense that can play with anyone and Braxton is a mover and a shaker...and a thrower...unfortunately, too many holes in the secondary at this point. they have a 5 star DB by the name of Vonn Bell...out of Georgia...Freshman..not sure why he hasn't hit the field. Iowa....gave a solid and classic John Deere 4520 big ass people and tractor performance. Didn't turn the ball over performance. Kudos! Numbers 3, 6, 7,8,9,11,15 all fell! SHuffle the deck! Happy Sunday friend!

> Congrats on the Buckeyes' win over Iowa! LSU, unfortunately, played like the Ole Miss game had no meaning to them! Well, they woke up this morning and found out they are pretty much out of the SEC Championship race. A lesson in the school of hard knocks I guess. Anyway, this season is kaput! Man, Florida State sure shocked the heck out of The Coach! I knew they were pretty good, but, was that a "woodshed whippin'" they put on Clemson, or what? Shouldn't have shocked anyone really ... after all, it was Clemson they were playing! LOL!

Yours truly,
Coach Artie

P.S.- Poor ole Johnny Football did all he could do to try and win that game with Auburn. He only had one teammate to help him, unfortunately. He's still the best CFB offensive playmaker in Coach Artie's book though! That guy is amazing!
Good luck the rest of the season, Bubba!

Yeah Artie...Purdue has been terrible since about 2000. They and Indiana must be located too close to Kentucky! The reason Mizzou is rising is because everyone else is all beat up....I hardly recognize Florida and Georgia....SEC...like a gunfight that winds up with a bunch a dead people....and UGA and UF..non-recoverable!! OSU has some great players..but defensive secondary and linebackers need some work. LSU needs a scrambling QB for that other dimension...Manziel...I like him too...talks crap so he ha to back it up!! Fun to watch for sure!! Check in later dude!!

> Hey, Bubba! I wasn't too excited about LSU's win over Johnny Football and Texas A&M because of the BAMA loss that took us out of the SEC Championship picture. Good win though! The Bayou Bengals did play an excellent defensive game. LSU had two new freshmen starters in the defensive backfield who started their first game, and they played exceptionally well. One covered A&M's best receiver the whole game, and kept him wrapped up pretty much. The other made several clutch defensive pass breakups, and several tackles. Coach Artie's Question of the Day: Why hadn't those two started earlier in the season? The two guys they replaced in the starting lineup were always pointing fingers at other players during games, while they couldn't cover their own shadows. Anyway, things are looking great for next season. Quarterback will be the big question. We're still in the running for the nation's #1 high school running back, and, we signed the national high school receiving yardage record holder at wide receiver. He's from right here in my home town (Lake Charles). The guy is incredible! Runs a legit 4.38 40, and ran a 10.4 100m dash in track this year. If he doesn't become a star receiver in college ... The Coach will blame Less Miles for keeping him on the bench! Miles can turn a 5-Star recruit into a 1-Star player! FACT!!! >*(

Too bad there's not a CFB Playoff in Division-1A this year. There are so many deserving teams that should have a shot at the National Championship. I still say 8 teams minimum for the CFB playoffs! Poor ole Florida ... Coach Artie is crying his eyes out ... NOT! LMAO!!!

Alabama over Auburn this coming weekend (The Coach's Pick).
Oregon and Baylor ... just like Clemson ... BCS pretenders!
Take care bro ... talk at ya later!

Hey Artie,

Yes I have read about that running back...sounds like the real deal...and since he is from your hometown then it is a sure thing. Lake Charles is a good town...did some work there and Geismar when I was in the Engineering Construction biz. How bout Auburn....are they a lucky or a chosen-destined team? They could easily wind up in the NC game. My Bucks have a great offense but the D'fense is suspect.....if we make it to the NC game...I graduated from FSU but grew up in Ohio and own a house there...my multiple personalities could come out.I'll check in after this weekend...either happy or crying in my beer. Michigan State concerns me.....we look like an SEC Offense and THEY look like an SEC defence....should be interesting! Take care pal!

> Bubba, it's a crying shame there is no 8-team playoff in CFB. Beyond the top 8, Coach Artie doesn't see anyone being deserving of playing in the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP GAME. What a heck of a playoff scenario an 8-team playoff would be? People who haven't watched CFB in awhile would be crawling out of the woodworks to watch those games. Well, I guess a 4-team playoff is better than nothing! Should have stated this year though! Florida State looks like the most dominating team right now to The Coach. Anyway, good luck to your Buckeyes! Have a good one, bro!

> Oh, forgot about Auburn! Good team, but, not too sure about their defense. Coach Artie hears they got a Voodoo Doll and a Super-Spell from Marie Leveau (The Witch Queen of New Orleans). Looks like the spell has been working great for Auburn in the last two games. LOL! I like Missouri too! Great pickup for the SEC, along with A&M. SEC Championship is a toss-up in my mind. Should be a great game!
