I am amazed that we hear so much about David Gettis and so little about Thomas White. Much like Gettis, White has great speed and great hands. Unlike Gettis he was not recruited heavily, walked on, did not receive a scholarship until last year, did not get any hype but has been a very productive player. In fact he tied for #2 all time in Baylor touchdown receptions in spite of not playing in 4 games last year. He did it against the likes of Texas, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Kansas State. No telling how much more we would have seen had he had opportunities at Texas State, TCU, Buffalo or Kansas. Kind of makes you go hmmm!
