Hello, Stewie Bearcat? Are you there? Lets talk:

Big Ten 2-0 in BCS games, Big Least 0-1

OSU, 5-1 against likely end of season Top 25 teams; Cincy 1-1 (and the one loss wasn't close)

OSU, likely top 5 end of season, Cincy might get top 10 but not likely

Talk is cheap but you need to wait until it is all done to really know how things shake out.

I'm glad those slow farm boys from Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Iowa, and Ohio beat the fast flashy offense boys from Miami, Lousiana, Georgia, and Oregon.

Big Ten weak and slow? I don't think so.

Sorry, Dave...I think ol' JStew has learned a lesson...or has moved to South Bend...or is trying to sell his Sugar Bowl memerobilia on eBay. Busy times for trashtalkers in the Cincy area these days. They're rushing to trade in their Bearcat hats for Alabama or Texas gear.....just waiting to see who wins!

Way to go Hawkeyes. Congrats on a great win not only for you but for the Big 10. Glad to see that Stanzi is back and healthy. BTW I was at the OSU/Iowa game this year and met a bunch of really great people from Iowa. You have a great fan base and truly a great group of people. Again congrats and best of luck next season.

People who try and say the BIG TEN or any major conference is weak don't understand the game very well. Its about who is best on a givin day. That lesson is taught repeatedly in all forms of competition. SEC fans are going to get a wake up call next year because the Tebow god is nolonger in the ranks. Its funny how a couple strong years for a conference can turn its fans into arrogant dummys.

What a season for the Big Ten... Exceptional defense by the Hawkeyes!!! Way to represent.
The folks here in Atlanta are scratching their heads wondering what happened. Much like the Oregon fans, GT actually thought just because they have a high powered running attack that they were going to run over the Hawkeyes. The sports analysts are scratching their heads this morning trying to figure out why they still have jobs. I don't think any of them predicted the Big Ten to do this well.....

I think the Big Tens performance was even more dominant then people realize. Every Big Ten victory was over a higher ranked and (supposedly) faster team. Their losses, with the exception of Minnesota's was againg teams they were supposed to lose to. The SEC on the other hand lost to teams they were supposed to beat. Big Ten coaching beats SEC big mouths any day!

Has anyone ever considered how Florida or USC, etc... would do if they had to play HERE for their bowls? They have gotten home court advantage year after year for their bowls and then leave trashing the Big Ten after they (and they should) win. Well, we saw how a fast southern team did against a Big Ten team in 'Big Ten weather' at the Orange Bowl yesterday. How about some bowl game parity? The pros play in cold weather, why shouldn't the Florida and Pac10 teams?

I like Ferenz's coaching. It proves that Iowa was deserving of a top rating.

Bet our HERO MARK MAYS will not eat CROW. He'll just get around the issue by talking about something else.

ESPN led by the likes of Dear Old Mark installed a lot of false allusions in fans all over the nation. Why? Because of their hatred of the Big 10.. It was so intense even some of the more purer sports fans thought all they had to do was show up to win.

We knew how good Iowa was. These ESPN guys should have been doing their homework rather than sitting around spouting off at the mouth. ESPN, I don't believe you are a station to rely on for factual information any more.

Lastly, ESPN needs to clean house and get rid of all those good old boys who believe they are sitting fat and happy. Wonder what, if any, excuse they'll come up with.........Oh, I know, UPSET......

Way to go Iowa! I fell asleep during the third quarter, thanks to all those stupid AT&T ads, but enjoyed the end of the game. Way to represent the Big 10. Go Bucks!

Maybe Ohio State's Offense wasn't as bad as we thought... Maybe the Big Ten just has a bunch of bad @s$ defenses.

Iowa weather woulda had em quitin before they got of the bus! Cold effects the game beyond being a little uncomfortable. Anyone who says that it doesn't has never been cold or they suffer from that "no sense, no feeling" thing.
