I HATE when people honk, just demonstrates that you need to work on your patience! Cant blame the guy for giving him a knuckle sandwich, the cabbie was probably asking for it!

I wish you would try to hit me for blowing my horn. First of all I would take the hit and then I would own you and your paycheck for the rest of your life.

How do you know that Clayborn wasn't deserving of a honk? A simple little honk, for god's sake! It's not violent and doesn't deserve violence in return. Jeez.

Maybe there is more to the story, but if this is all there is, there is not excuse for the violence.

As usual, westsidejesse, you are right on. We've all been there before, with some impatient prick behind us leaning on the horn.

I suppose the other commenters here are the same impatient pricks the rest of us would like to punch out.

Oh boo-hoo! Yougotit got honked at. Maybe if you knew how to drive you wouldn't be in everyone's way!

So sad you want to punch people when you get frustrated. Most people outgrow that at like 6 years old.

You are correct sir..I do not know the whole story and I am assuming, plus violence is not the solution to the problem *nice next post to the one above, huh?* I do agree.

Right? You honking at me is not going to do anything but make the situation worse. Demonstrate some simple patience and you will get your turn, just like everybody else. Thanks for the love.

Your comment is garbage, assuming he doesnt know how to drive. And who says boo-hoo after the age of 6...asumming your just a little bit older than that?

You and Westside Jesse must like missing your light because someone 4 cars in front of you isn't paying attention when the light turns green and the person behind them doesn't want to honk.

Six year olds say it. I was trying to communicate with that a-hole on their level.

Violence is wrong. Patience is a virtue. But some people cannot drive, and I bet Yougotit is one of them if they keep getting honked at!

If you keep getting honked at, here is a clue: YOU are the comment element in all of those situations.

That depends on the situation. If someone right next to me is coming into my lane and I have no where else to go, honking is definitely going to make them aware they are about to have an accident and get them to move back into their lane. Or would you not bother honking then?

There is a huge difference between a small courteous honk to get your attention and a long obnoxious honk and being a straight jerk.
One with common sense can see the difference between the two.

I agree, voilence is wrong. And you are also right that if it is common for you to get honked at, most likely you are a bad driver...BUT, there is ALWAYS a handful of jerks that honk for NO reason....would you agree with that?

Perrrrr-zactly! We know nothing of the events leading up to this violent, unnecessary attack except that a cabbie honked and football player guy got out of his car and hit him. For all we know, Capt. SteroidRage was about to run over an old lady!

Calling for violence for driving infractions is insane, and dangerous. There is a very good reason we don't allow vigilante "justice"!!

I apologize for calling your original comment garbage Tommy. Just gets on my last nerve when someone is honking away like its the cool thing to do. Its inappropriate and unnecessary, just like "Citizens" comment.
