You can't compare the two.
Richt had a lot of talent and resources to work with and has underperformed. His neck is on the line if he doesn't win three in October.
Dooley inherited a mess and has produced a respectable 9-8 record, with a bowl game almost a certainty this year. He has earned enough credit in a very short time to get at least 2-3 years of patience from fans and boosters, enough time to get to 10 win seasons.
