the lions have something like 8 draft picks this year and if they have 3 or 4 player that have any talent at all, i would trade them this year and try to stockpile 10 or 12 picks next year. that gets you about half a new team in 2 years. then in 4 or 5 years you may be in postion to do something in the playoff before your Q.B. gets killed and you have to start over
