"The Gophers...likely need at least three more wins in their last five games to feel good about their NCAA tournament hopes..."

Why is this written every year? I wouldn't feel good about my NCAA tournament hopes if I didn't win out ... the last 5 games are very winnable, with the biggest challenge being Michigan St. If the Gophers can't beat mich st, they will be one and done in the tourney...so how about just winning the next five games and rolling with that momentum into going deep into the tourney...otherwise go win the NIT (admitting that the team stinks). There is no reason to play for second to last place...like comparing sh%t and roses.
