What is even funnier is that the same gator fans tell us not to live in the past when we bring up our past championships in football and baseball.
Face it, the three most popular, highest paid, most watched sports are football, baseball, and basketball in college and pro. Out of these three sports:
Gators- 5 National Titles
The University of Miami Hurricanes- 9 National Titles
Miami has dominated the Gators for 28 years in football. YOUR national championship team with a heisman QB only led the young Canes w/freshman QB 12-3 at the half. Your baseball team got swept on their campus two weeks ago by the Canes. Last, your fallen basketball team will lose this weekend. Face it, WE OWN U BEATCHES!!! and that is something that will never change. You will get lucky every couple of decades and pull off a win only because even the best has to rebuild once in a while or highly touted recruits turn out to be more hype than their high school numbers showed. THIS IS THE STATE OF MIAMI----GET USE 2 IT!!!
You really are stupid. I did not realize that what really matters is the score at halftime as opposed to the final score. I can assure you that your record would be worse this year if that is how they kept score. Um has fared well against the gators but lets be real here, the canes are not on the same page as UF in football right now. UM may have swept the Gators in baseball but do you remember all the years we swept or took the series against UM in baseball only to lose the series in the super regional. Regular season baseball means nothing out of your conference.

The reality is, UM does not own anyone in anything right now. Especially football where you will be worse this coming year than last. Mark my words. In fact, most cane fans don't own much besides someone elses rims and bad credit.

Typical stupid canes fan. Try reading the article before posting your stupid comments. The article is about basketball not football.

Oh such as if the Gators win 5 football National Championships and play in 8 other title games in 25 yrs then the Gator Fans can run their mouths? I have feeling that nothing would prevent a Gator fan from running their mouth. Well perhaps the Galen Hall, Charlie Pell, and Doug Dickey years, or their lousy basketball season this year. Or the fact that their baseball team gets smacked around. Just deal with it Gator fans like the rest of the world, sometimes you win sometimes you lose. But never does a Gator take either with class.
Another post by a stupid canes fan. You too need to read the article before you post your stupid comments.
As mentioned in a prior post, the article is about basketball not football.

Wow, the Gators are crawling out from the mud to post on the day before their basketball season ends.

ACC Champions in baseball?
Miami.

So don't lie about us not owning anything right now.

Go crawl back in the mud, haters.

As for this being an article about basketball, it is an article about MIAMI and PROVIDENCE basketball, so you have no reason to be here except to troll.

The point was, if U guys are as GREAT as U talk, U should have been beating us 40-0 at the half and 60-0 at the end of the game! Enjoy your short reign while it last. Once U lose Tebow (who unlike other Cane fans, I respect and DO think is a great football player) U will be rebuilding. AND before U start talking about "reloading", PLEASE be honest and admit that 80% of your offensive plays are built around what he can and can't do.

Also, I'm typing this after watching the Friday night bb game. Congrats gator fans, your guys clearly played like they wanted to win more than the Canes. It appeared that the only way the Canes were going to make a basket was if they changed their major to Weaving.

By the way, we still hold the edge in all time win/loss column in baseball and NC's.(Reference Moe's quote about sweeping our baseball team).

AND.....considering we hold more NC's in the three major sports than Gators and FSU put together, Yes we are the State of Miami.

Also remember, we the worst offensive coach in the world which aided in your win. There is no denying that UM has the athletes and now hopefully, an OC.

Florida vs Miami in the second round of the NIT. LMFAO, who would have thought?
Any of you loudmouth Canes fans want to make a wager on the game?
I say Gators win easily. It's in Gainesville, the Canes are pudding soft, and they have no depth whatsoever.
sumtercane, you're a moron. "State of Miami" hahahaahhauiwhsdoiwfhiofejefio , yeah right. Nice one...UF is the premier academic institution not only in the state but in the southern US, and we have the athletics to match. Win a couple championships in something other than football or baseball and then you can talk.
Gators will win 68-39, your poster boy Jack McClintock whatever his backpackin name is will score 4 points on 3-23 shooting and the guy with the red hair will foul out after 7 minutes.
GO GATORS

Mens Crew- 1988
Women's Golf-70,72,77,78,84
Women's swimming & diving-75,76
Polo-47,48,49,50
