Hayes has got to go. Dave Neal: Please! The team will be no better in '09. Greivis:bad decisions will continue.Tucker, Milbourne, Bowie are going to have to carry this team. Hope Mosely is as good as advertised. I just don't see the heart or killer instinct with this team. Hate to say that as just like the O's and Ravens, I live and die with this team.

Absolutely get into the weight room. Look at Pitt, NC. Tyler H. must have spent the summer lifting tree trunks. He won't be denied, his obvious walking under the boards notwithstanding. Gist and Osby had muscles but really look at Love. Look at ND. GTown won't go all the way with a flaky sporadic Hibbert. And the way Siena beat Ct who couldn't block out under the boards on the last minute shot. You may not like it but you will never see Duke paddling up court. They must be told they will sit it out if they screw up. Believe me Belmont would have cut the Terps down like so much torn net. Look around and see the teams who play well whether it's Texas or UCLA. Big, I mean stacked up like brick s*it houses in the middle with an Augustine on the drive to open it up. But take what you can get and you end up in the NIT. And tell you what. MD didn't belong in the Garden either. Dixon never took a back seat to anyone. Neither did Blake. When do you remember Dixon mouthing off. He said it with the basket not the finger in your face. And Tennessee. They blackballed Bruce Pearl and we know why. They blackballed VTech and we know why. But they got fight. More than I can say for Gary. If you think Baltimore is the capital of basketball get to a school yard in NYC man. There are guys 30 yrs old who can out play this team anyday. And they're losing money.

I believe those are areas that do need improvement in. the lack of quickness to the ball, with the ball, as well as strength inside and outside was a factor except for osby. leadership a big role, somebody is going to have to step up. i dont know who that will be on that roster. i expect a three guard lineup next year. i hope maze takes over at point. mosely and vasquez the other guards, probably burney, walker, gilchrist when he is eligible, and hopefully bowman from juco if they find a scholarship.

The Terps just didn't show any CONSISTENCY in playing their games. One minute they were playing really well and during the later part of the game ---- they played REALLY BAD--BAD---BAD--BAD. Letting the air out of a ballon---very slowly is the picture that was painted by the TERPS this year.

Definitely right on that one. The problem was the bench production. The bench brought little to nothing this entire season. The guard/forward positions seem to be set for the next couple of years. The Terps need to figure out their big men situation. It looks like Gus Gilchrist will be a first year starter, but they're going to need someone else. I would say Braxton Dupree would be the next guy up, but he's going to need be conditioned a lot better. And no more 15-pound weight gains during his school breaks

I think one thing should be obvious: Vasquez is not someone you can build around! He has some talent but he's too erratic, and since he's Gary's boy, he never gets yanked from the game. Vasquez= turnover city!

The 2nd half of the Syracuse game was a joke- you could see it unravel immediately. Boeheim and Syracuse exploited every weakness the Terps have.

The ONLY way this team improves is if Debbie Yow grows some testicles and fires Gary. The guy has never been a good recruiter and in the last three years he has proven he can no longer coach. THIS PROGRAM IS GETTING WORSE! It's time for new management!

How sad it is for our once proud program. Mosley and Gilchrist are probably right now our best players.
The best way to enact change is to stop supporting the athletic department financially. That will get Yow off her can and find a good young coach. Gary is not the program.
