What has happened to Cliff Tucker's playing time? Is he in Gary's doghouse along with Dupree?

I think it's less about Tucker and more about the way Bowie is playing. The three guard line-up works because of the height & rebounding ability of Vasquez. And Bowie is not that bad on the boards either for a small guard.

Overall, the Terps are starting to find the right combinations. Gregory is a poor man's Rodman on the defensive end and boards, he's just all Baltimore, tenacious!

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! !!!!!!! to the Sun's coverage of the Lady Terps game against Pittsburgh. How come theior game only gets a short Sun-Sources authored game but the men Terps get a Sun-reporter authored game?

Let's talk media discrimination when the LADY Terps are RANKED against the UNRANKED men Terps.

The interest in MD women's bball compared to the men's program isn't even close. The women could be 26-0 and the men could be 11-15 and the men's interest level would be a lot higher. In general people don't like women's bball. Just look at the WNBA. Did you know the Houston Comets shut down operation a week ago? I had no clue until Michael Wilbon wrote about it a few days ago.

NO EXCUSE. it's people like you that contribute to the discrimination against the ladies.

I happen to watch the ladies more than the men.

They play an agreesive and physical game just as much as the men do.

Go watch the Lady Terps play and you'll see what I mean when their bodies go flying across the floor, onto the floor and they crash and bump into each other like the men.

Besides, there's one thing the Lady Terps have over the men - the women are always RANKED in the Top 10 unlike Gary Williams' UNRANKED men Terps.

lady terps deserve better coverage. they've gone from 1,000 fans a home game to 5-8 thousand and sellout 2 or 3 times a yr, have highly recruited players and play an entertaining style game. coleman and toliver and 2 of the top 5 or 6 players in the country. if only gary williams recruited like coach frese.

Discrimination or not, a great womans team would get pounded by any mens team including most high school teams. The american public only cares about the best in each sport and womens college bball is about 5th down the depth chart.

By the way I wouldn't consider it discrimination unless the womens team is better than or equal to the mens team. Relative to their competition they might be but they are not actually better. Not to mention from the Sun's perspective there are a lot more readers for the mens team than the womens

The fact that, in order to get any response to your pro womans team rant, required that you post on the men's discussion forum says everything you need to know about the womans game and attention they draw. If more people cared, there would be more coverage.

Maryland could win their next 4 or 5 games. That doesn't mean they are going to be any good. GW doesn't have a good team.

See, its dumb asses like you who make me keep coming back. To think that this is a good win shows how stupid you really are. I'll leave it at that.
