I like many of you understand the issue of the lost MD program.

Seats will be empty next year as corporate sponsers entertain clients elsewhere. You will not be able to give the tickets away.

Yow has begun to disappoint and now this is her deal. I am sure Comcast will love the lack of TV interest and empty seats.

There will be the Gary faithful posting long exhausted words of praise. They will show up to games. But even these last hanger-ons will drop out the back door and what is left is a tired old king with a rusty 2002 crown who does not realize that the downside to a championship is what he became-egotistical and forgetful.

Debbie Yow, the speech will bring cheers!

I'm pretty excited that the problem of conditioning has been addressed so bluntly. Frankly, I don't understand why it took so long. They had a good strength coach, and since he left I think a woman took over the role. Whatever the case, we are not competitive on the court anymore. GW is going to have to loosen up his demands of his young players to learn his "system", and let them play a little looser to their talents. I hope he doesn't "Jones" any of them, like he did with Mike Jones.

Gary needs to get better players. I'll give him "he gets the most out of his players"...they are just not good!

At this stage, Hayes is simply overmatched at this level, especially on the defensive end. Unless there is some transformation over the summer he should not get starter minutes next year. They are so much more athletic with Tucker or Bowie on the floor, but obviously they need to work on their shots. Hopefully, getting stronger isn't just talk and they actually work hard.

You must not buy tickets if you think they are suddenly going to be available next year. I wish you knew what you were talking about, but, to get season tickets with decent seats you have to give big contributions on a consistent basis to the university. That's not going to change just because guys like you who have itchy drawers stop watching. In fact, guys like you aren't wanted anyway. Go root for Duke!

Well I do buy season tickets and the few games that I wasted my time attending this year I saw a whole lot of empty seats all around Comcast. For the past 3 years I have sold most of my tickets on the internet and during the two years before this one I almost doubled my money each year. This year I took a bath! No one was buying individual game tickets and the few I did sell were at greatly reduced prices! The internet was full of tickets to all of the games trying to be dumped by season ticket holders and no one was buying them. You are kidding yourself if you don't realize that interest in Terp b-ball is dropping faster than Bush's approval rating! And Debbie Yow better wake up and smell the coffee before it gets worse. I have been a season ticket holder for 22 years and a fan for 20 more, and this is the worst I have seen the condition of Maryland basketball and the apathy of the fans since before Lefty came to College Park. So don't be telling people you don't want them and to go root for Dook because they are tired of the mediocrity. Use that blue blood money of yours to put pressure on the AD to make the changes to get the pride of MD b-ball back again!

I am so tired of seeing all these mid-majors and low-majors feature 3 point shooters..
