I have 2 reasons: 1) it's a topic that has already been discussed and dissected to death by you, Rob, and I (you know I can reply with civilized and rational response that would display the many transgressions of student-athletes at UCLA, but I don't see why I should); which leads to 2) I'm not about to engage in that lengthy a discussion with someone who is more than likely just a flamer and won't engage in a serious discussion, if at all. More than likely, we won't here from that guy ever again.

My point at the end of the discussion remains valid: all schools have problems, and, as illustrated by this case, you might get burned by your own words. Therefore, it's best to just stay mum on the topic. Personally, I believe, as you state, if he did it, he must go, but I, in no way, believe this incident to be reflective of the UCLA football and athletic programs. It is too bad that UCLA fans can't reciprocate and instead take the opportunity to spin this situation so they can slander USC and its athletic program. So I refer back to my original post on here on this topic: grow up.
