Hackett is the heart of the team! He is the emotion and fire that gets the crowd and team energized. He is a competitor and wears his emotions on his sleeves. Hackett and Lewis were just heated from the game, that incident is over and a none factor! What the trojans need is more offense!!! Yeah Lewis made a 3 pointer or two but he also went cold for the last 10 min of the first half. Taj needs to take over once the O starts to slow down He is the only one that can score at will.

I cannot believe this article has been published. It's full of hearsay, assumption and basically straight-up lies.

First of all, this is irresponsible journalism: "Last year, star guard O.J. Mayo broke Hackett's jaw when he punched his teammate during a pickup game." Neither player has ever confirmed that he was "punched." I cannot believe you have the nerve to print that. Hackett to this day defends Mayo and says it was an accidental elbow to the jaw. I think he has more class than to out his former teammate.

You basically make Hackett out to have an attitude and prone to fight all the time, you put him in a very, very negative light. Now, I'm not saying it isn't true -- it may or may not be -- but you cannot do it in this way. There are no confirmed witnesses and you haven't even interviewed any players involved. The article is highly suspect, and very unreliable. I'm so embarrassed and incensed about this article. I think you owe Daniel Hackett an apology.

TheMan is TheFag! Nobody asked for an opinion from a jerk off in Indiana. Does IU still have a football team? When was the last time they were competitive in any sport? Bob Knight is gone and so is any hope that Indiana will ever be worth a crap. Keep your mouth shut and worry about the weak ass big ten

Ken Mink's is by now a familiar tale. The Roane State College walk-on who was according to his account falsely accused of delinquency as a college hoopster in 1956, revived his career this year at the ripe age of 73. It's a goofy little feel-good story about a man fighting back against the march of time. Or something. It's really just an old dude that gets to sit on a basketball bench for a season, but it's fun, so I blog about it.

Anyway, there's some slightly shocking news regarding Mink, news that you might want to be sitting down for.(Are you sitting? Of course you are. You're at a computer.) It seems Mink has lost his eligibility after failing a Spanish class, and his team is being asked to forfeit a game. College kids these days. Does the "student" in "student-athlete" mean nothing to them?

Tim Floyed offered this student-athlete a full ride today ;)

Like that will stop them from slinging mud. Watch, someone will jump in and say it was self-defense and that Dragovic was the real victim.

At least UCLA didn't have a football player ( O.J. Simpson ) who MURDERED HIS WIFE !!!

Oh... there's a new one...

The point was, some UCLA fans are quick to criticize and judge when UCLA has many of the same problems. Nowhere in Mark's message did he imply that USC doesn't have some problems.

Blah Blah Blah. Good luck to you guys getting into the Tourney! Maybe Mitch Mustain or Steffon Johnson can run a 2-3 zone better than Daniel "I'm not trying to be Ginobili" Hackett or a bunch of fat overweight post players. And don't forget about SPOCK....I mean the alien lookin center from NY!!!!!! Oh well, maybe the UW will hire Floyd next year to be the women's gymnastics coach!!!! Keep Pete Carroll and we'll just take every other capable assistant coach. Keep the train coming University of Spoiled Chum!!!!!!!!!! GO DAWGS!!!!!!! HAVE FUN AT THE CBI BASKETBALL CLASSIC!!!!!
